8) I understand that you study in the US, what are the things that you like and the things that you don't like in the US well the things i prob. like is the freedom of having no1 here to watch over me it helps me become independent.but what i would prob not like is the distance away from oman! i hate being away from oman. i know both reasons contradict each other!! but thats just the way i see it

9) What are the things you don't like in women, if any?mmmm thats a tough one well to tell you the truth theres nothing i dont like about women they are gods most amazing creations. o wait i just dont like the fact how they tend to run their tongues (talk alot)

10) If you would like to see any changes in Oman, what changes would you suggest?i dont think i would ever want our peaceful oman to change, maybe in some certain bussiness areas and opening up oman to the international market in that way.

11) How do you see the car business in Oman and what changes you would like to see if any? well omans car busssiness has been drastically changing like the taking over of BMW from hashar to bahwan etc. but i would like to see the ROP get more involved in car events such as maybe building a 1/4 mile to get kids from racing on the streets putting their lives and others at risk. and maybe being more easy going on car modifications

-i dont think id have a problem coping with the changes as i am fortunate 2 go back 2 oman during my xmas and summer vacations :)

2)What do u think that people around u think of u?

-well my freinds generly think im easy to talk 2 and a good listener.......and well some ppl think im a male chauffanist and a womniser, but usualy thats when ppl get me wrong and think im trying 2 hit on them. but its okya . i guess u just shouldnt judge a person till u get 2 know them first

3)If u would give any advice to ur friends, what would it be?

-i would probably tell them if anything is worth having its worth working hard for, and 2 never give up no matter how bad the situation might seem. and no matter what never let go of your freinds always stay in touch

- i got 4other brothers and 1 sister, im the 3rd in my family my sister is the 2nd (she's living with me here in phily)

5) how close would u describe ur self to be with ur sisters and brothers?

-well since i live with my sister we've gotten pretty close. we have a mutaul understanding, we get on each otehrs nerves but its only natural. and well my eldest brother im realy close with him since we both have this LOVE for cars and anything 2do with cars. so we're all pretty close we look out for each other, we might fight alot at home but outside we stick 2 each other like glue.

i would truly hope not, but some poeple misunderstand me and think i say things 2 show off when im just trying 2 share something with them.

well theres 2 Q's in this 1 Q lemme see i dont think i come hard on ppl, but in a way sometimes i expect someting from ppl i care abt......i dont think im a lazga and if i am itd be a momentary thing!

1-My cuzin abdullah who's studying in AUD we're closer then freinds, closer then family even closer then brothers, we've been thru everything 2gther, all our ups our downs, getting in trouble everything!! there is no seperating us.
2-my eldest brother as we have a dieng interest in cars and (women) we have this understanding without much being said between us we just nod and grunt and we understand each other
3-all my close freinds who i went 2 school with they all have a special place in my heart/life as i litrelly grew up with them since KG1!!
4-this gurl who joined our school in the 7th grade we call her "ifa" we are so close i mean we tottaly understand each other, we never went out we mightve had a lil fling going on but she's the closest close freind from the opposite sex :)

well my nick is the name of my car caus i drive a golf thats a V6 (unlike normal golfs which r 4cylinder or V5) and 4motion means 4wheel drive, its the badge at the back of my car it says "V6 4MOTION" so might as well ! since im so into cars. and its a car i own so might as well

Do u have a plan to upgrade to V8 engine ? :gap:

well im not planning 2 upgrade cause im so in love with my V6 and basically when im odne with the upgrades itd be faster then some V8's so in this case size DOESNT matter, and well maybe later if i think of buying a new car itd be a V8

well physically id liike 2 have a perfect smile! caus whenever i smile my eyes DISAPEAR!! and well if i could change something in me i guess id change this vibe i give off making ppl who meet me for the first time think im a "showoff" when im really not. i mean between my freinds im considered the most down 2 earth.

3- Have you ever envy someone?

i dont think ive ever envied any1........mmm actualy i do . i envy women for being so STRONG litrelly.......its just amazing.!! ahhaha okay that sounded quite feminine but anyways. mmm i dont think ive envied any1 in particular.

if it were up 2 me i wouldnt have wanted 2 come 2 the states but u see my brother graduated from the states so he was sorta in the states with my sister, so my dad wanted me 2 sorta be where my sis was 2 u know stick 2gether 2 look out for one another, so i agreed 2 go 2 the states.
my 2nd choice wouldve been either london or aussie (Where most my freinds r ) but 1 thing that put me off aussie was the holidays!!

-i worked in the petrol station in wadi kabeer it was a BP (oman oil now) the 1 on the last traffic light o n ur wayto bustan

1- i guesslife inspires me and the funny surprises life has in store for me, my family is another form of inspiration

2-my model in life? my moto in life is "ifanything is worth having itsworth working hard for"

3-well what i like abt philly i s that its a city yet u dont get the full hussle and bussle of the city like NYC. its close 2 NY and boston and washington d.c. also theyre arnt many khaleejis so i can basically do my own thing

4-mmm fav. american restaraunt, mmmm papa johns or thecheese cake factory

5- for fun usually we go lounging, go 2 the movies, or i actually goSHOPPING (at the begging of the month when im loaded $$ ) caus we got the biggest mall in the east coast. (king of prussia mall) and watch movies or drive down 2 NYC for a day.

7-5 years from now i see myself married with at least 1 child inshallah working in the foriegn office probably not living in oman,but working as an embassodor somewhere representing oman. or working for the UN while doing my mastars inshallah.

8-whatd i learn in the states...........mmm well itd have 2 be living and being independent doing my own thing. i learnt who my TRUE freinds were, the 1'sthat actually made an effort to keep in touch with me and each other. i learnt alot from my M.E politics class about how harsh thisworld we live in really is. i learnt how it is 2 be who i wannabe without anyone watching over me. make my own mistakes correct myself etc.

1-my main point of opening the thread called "show us where u live" so us all as membebrs can see the enviroment of where we live, and for the non o mani members 2 see how we live in oman and 2 show the diff forms of architecture around the world nothing more, nothing less!!

-what do i do for fun mmm, well over here i usuualy chill with freinds we go clubbing or 2 a lounge, or when the weather is good we're by the river where EVERY1 is at.
and in oman its almost the same i chill with freinds or go out 2 dinner with them or its the beach beach beach or if theres a car even in um quwain in emarate we drive down 2 dubai 2 check it out

-the thing i miss the most abt oman besides my family would have 2 be the beach and just going out on the boat with the wind in ur face and the water so clear its just amazing.

i was actually hoping ud ask me a question and i had a feeling itd be something like this.

alright well 2 be honest i used 2 be a player, i used 2 really play with gurls emmotions ALOT and in a wierd way i was good at it, until i was blessed by this "someone " who showed me wat true love really is. well ive been told alot that i have my dads charms and well in a way i have my way with words, to ppl who dont konw me itd seem like im a "player" when honestly not. ive grown out of the days where i would have multiple partners and lived a constant lie, caus u know what they say what goes around comes around.

I admit i do have my way with words, but i only do it 2 see ppl smile i would never manipulaite any1 into falling for me by falsehood and lies, caus then id be going back 2 my old ways. which i vowed never 2 go back to.

-i dont think men should wear mysar all the time as it is not good for the hair (or so i heard) apparently it doesnt let ur hair breath which causes hair lose!!!!:eyes:

2- we were both good in diff areas i was good in sports and activities, and he was good acedemically

no well i was O.K an average B+ in my last 2years but i was more athletic then acedemic :) but mashallh blu_chi is very smart with words and he has this drawing talent mashallah!! we had good times in school walla

i got good grades in thaanwiay(the only year i really WORKED my butt off ) and well 1st year i was on my parents money but 2nd year i got a partial scholarship so theyre just paying my tuition.

yeah well i did WELL but not 99.9% that they want. i mean i told u im a B student which as long as my parents saw me working hard thats good. !! i came 2 the U.S cause my sister is studying here thats why, so my parents wanted me closer 2 my sis u know 2 watch out 4 her, cays my older brother graduated.

and well i really dont believe in the grading ssystem of the thanawiya i mean i got accepted in univ without my thanawiya just with my school grades !!

-well in oman im all over the place nowhere in particular , the beach (bandar khairan), shatti, mq, freinds place, the lounge, trader vics, senior pico, mexican

-well i listen 2 all genre of music, like rap,r&b, a lil techno, garage, some arabic, and personal remixes. i dont really have a fav singer.

-well i dono what it is with metal preist , but i guess he feels like he knows me , and well i think i know him so i dono why he asks me those questions he's just being him!

What makes you believe in God? Is it because you're a muslim and your religion has given you ideas that there is a God? Or is it because you've experienced situations that makes u believe that there is one? Have you been ever interested in studying abt God and the questions surrounding life and existance? And if you were not born a muslim, do u think u would have considered reasearching abt spiritual peacefulness and if u did would u have the courage to convert?

okay well lemme break the question:

what makes you beileve in god?
first of all its because ive been born in the faith i cant see myself being anything else. i see gods wonders in my everyday life, from the miracle of child birth 2 just the human bodies everyday functions.
ive also been thru stuff in my life like my car accident that god couldve taken my life in.

Sometimes situations such as these are a wake-up call, don't u think? ;) Means that someone out there cares abt you ;) .

I've always been fascinated by these deep issues. I've always wanted to hear stories of how people have come to realise that there is a God (or not? if they don't believe!), because we all have a different story to tell. The study of God, different religions, life, etc is one of my major hobbies. If you ever are bored and want to try something new, you can find out amazing, unexpected, fascinating info out of this hobby :angel: .

mmm yeah the accident woke me up, and also my 1st time i went for 3umra (i mean ive gone when i was really young) but the 1st time i had gone where it realy sank in was when iwas 15.
alhamdillah and everytime i see the ka3ba when i go 4 3umra (every other year) its like such an aamzing experience it brings u 2 tears.

Alhamdulilah... I went for Umra for the first time last year :blush: I just couldn't stop staring at the ka3ba, I was so drawn to it. I loved it so much. I noticed that the pigeons (when I used to go late at night) were actually circulating around the ka3ba and seem to be stopping at the green light. My aunt told me that when she and her husband went once.. they were praying jama3a... and suddenly this cat came and stood with the people... and when it was rokou3 or sujoud... it would bend down as we do.... and after prayers it just went away. They were so shocked. But then all creatures worship God. :angel:

yeah the birds circle the qa3ba mashallah and unlike other places where u see birds u see brid dropping u dont find that there mashallah sub7anallah i mean the site of the ka3ba really wow .........i dono .........it brings such peace 2 a person heart, and shows how we r all here 2 serve allah sub7anahu wa ta3ala
