I find this one called K-meleon a great browser...very fast! even for omans slow slow connection
Its a small sized software

I am now considering to use it as my default browser
U will need to install some plug ins to it though
But this wont be a big job as it will take few mints and its fast

thanx u guys... i have to check these out.. and Hasnain i downloaded Opera once to see if it went faster and it didn't on my comp so i dunno.. maybe it was my computer or something...

Despite of my experience Opera is widely accepted as a fast lightweight browser globally and so it is praised.
