A common problem! I have a good and a healthy bood, thank God.. but associated with one problem which is: a tummy!
Another problem is that I am very lazy. Don't tell me to go to a health club or a fitness center. What excercises do you think I could do at home in order to get rid of it?
u r lazy buddy......nothing can help u except of excersice,so pull ur self together n start doin excersices.........goodluck:D
There are a few easy to follow exercises for the abs that you can do at home, you need to do them regularly so that it can have an effect. Keep in mind that having a tight stomach is one of the most difficult tasks. Oh and you need to watch what you eat, like fizzy drinks make things worse!
There was a thread by HH, where she talked about the different exercises, I'll see if I can find it for you.:)

Easy tip, try this if it doesnt work sorry:rolleyes:
Try to drink warm water with lil amount of salt everymorning or mornin and evening ,,then in few minutes do sit ups:
Lay on your back on the floor,if you have a small mat, that wil do:), then bend your knees to 45 degrees, put your hands behind your head, then pull yourself up ,dont force yourself to reach your knees, just pull yourself til where you can. back and forth. start with small number like 5 everymorning, then if you feel its getting to normal ,increase the number 10 ten.

ooh lazy wont help you ...and yes you can do excersies at home but if you read about excersing you will find out that it is best to cardio vascular excersies such as walking, cycling etc they give better results..
it is hard work to go to the gym etc but think of the out come...a flat stomach!! so why not go with a friend and work out together...you can even compete against each other and see how will lose that tummy first?

1st of all whaevaa u do u should always tighten ur tummy nevaa let it free. nevaa drink loads of water after meals. Dont sleep after eating give ur tummy some time to digest the food.
if ur that lazy walk up and down the stairs whenever ur bored. doing some house work cleaning ur room and stuff like that wil help burning calories without going going to the gym. theres a lot of stuff u can do to prevent u from having dat tummy ;)
so start workin dat bod :)

well try to hold your breath from time to time espeacially when u are walking or doing anthing...... it helps....i hope you arent lazy to do that......

I used to be very lazy before to do situps but when my body looked awful cuz of my tummy, i started doing situps everyday. I first started to do it 50 a day then moved to 200 and now i am doing 500 a day:D and I have a flat tummy now alhamdillah and i do it everyday now that i enjoy it.

Abs, this thread was opened last year! What made you bring it back now, especially if Delicate has maybe already 'worked' on her problem....? ;)
