well, all of muslims pray to Allah Al Mighty .. alhamdulilah ..

but, the question is why do you pray? do you really feel the relationship between you and Allah or praying has become an act that is done as part of your schedual?

Praying to me is my duty to Allah..I praise Allah, Thank Allah for everything...and it has become a part of me and with out it i am lost...

why do i Pray,
prayer is teh key to contact with allah , to ask allah..

ptayer is a mean to relax your self and be close to allah.. is a way to make allah loves you and open all the roads for you.

there are many experience in my life where prayers were the only solution for most of my problems.

we all know why we are supposed to pray ..

my question was, do we really do it the right way?

how many times we had some appointment waiting for us after prayers which makes us just rush it?? our prayers have become a duty more than its origional cause!!

maybe I could explain my self well .. but my point was ..

do we pray out of khushou3 .. or we pray out of duty .. as it is a task that has to be finished!

Ok I think you mean does people consider prayer one of the worshiping duties or they consider it as a habit.

Very sad to say that it's a daily act for me. I try to pray it properly, but honestly.. I can't really find the relationship between me and Allah.. I wish I could find a bit of it, but there's something lacking, and I really wish that I could pray it better and in a proper way.

I do pray everyday, and never miss a prayer. I try and mostly pray all my prayers on the right time.. but while praying there's something that pulling me back from being in a full khushoo3..

Allah has gives us many things, forgives our mistakes, shows us right path ... in short we are blessed with mnay things... therefore we have to show appreciation and greatful for these things and the only way to do so is to pray. Praying all the prayers on time this shows that appreciate what we are given by ALLLAH... because when a person goes to masjid and pray for adhor (afternoon) prayer s/he actually leaves everything on their his/her hands and pray meaning tha he appreciate ALLAH and that he's the greatest....... another reason why we pray is that we all are looking forward to see ALLAH's Face amd heaven........
