We finaly reached to a final descion regarding the Ice tea issue
After long discussion within the team looking at the positives and negatives and Going deep into the issue's Mis understanding which lead to requests for re evaluation of it...per the kind request of the members and per our own realisation of the warning rules system and the neccessaty of furthur improvment with it...

Hence heres the final descion that we all hope that shall be respected By ALL...:

1) The warning of icea tea due to the complain related to the thread specified in the suggestion sabla was found to be justified and Legal through the agreement of the majorty of the Moderators without the influence of any external forces nor personal hate! (which was never ever presented in our team per the way we worked always)..
Hence the warning shall remain..With all due respect to Ice tea and the rest as well the complainors...

Lets go on ..and forget about this!...

2) We found Music Man guilty with his reply in the suggestion topic sabla in the same very thread and hence a warning is now issued to him.


3) Due to this incidece we realized that furthur improvment of rule number 4 might be needed and hence i shall open a thread in the Suggestion sabla about this ...all opinions r welcomed and shall be discussed

I personaly Appologies for the In convenience caused by this issue and I hold responsibility of all the related dysfunctions that was related to it! So futhur steps shall be taken to improve and stabalize the performance of our work specialy related to the maintainance of this Sabla and the rules that we should all be bound to it as strict as possible!
