Hair growth

I really need some help.
I have wavy soft hair which is healthy el7amdela. My only problem is that its taking too long to grow! I really want long hair. I was stupid when i chopped it off. It now reaches about half way down my spine..I heard there are special oils..

Any Advise if any :lost:

I read and heard that semsem oil makes hair grow more.. try it.. :) it's good.. make hair even stronger than before..

eat more green vegetables ....such as jarjeer.... baqadoonis and those other greeen leaves vegetables... ..the egyptian actress shareehan used to eat 1\2 to gallon of jarjeer everyday !!!! look at her hair ....beautiful!

oh ya trimming ur hair will make it grow healthier and will make it grow faster u should trim ur hair every 7 weeks.... well to get healthy hair ;)

you can get them from supermarkets coz it is used for cooking tooo i guess. so i think u can use the same one for hair too.
