Ramadhan FooD!!!

ok pple !!! ramadhan is on its waay !!!!!
post some recipies for ramadhan special food and sweets like lgeeemat hareeessss yreeeesh ...etc


here is one i got ... its called KAnfaroush !! *(Funny name ) special sweet pple eat in qatar and the arabian gulf !

ingredients :
1 glass or rice powder
1 glass of suger
1 glass of flour
1 glass of olive oil(mazola ;) )
5 eggs
1\2 or rose water with z3faran (dunno what ist called in english )
2 taple spoon of baking powder

ok here it goes break the 5 eggs mix them with the oil , the rose water and then mix them all with the rest of the ingredients .. leave it for a while untill the baking powder obserbes with the rest and then use the special pan for the small dounats to bake them !!! bake them like the dounuts ...yummy!!!

Kanfaroosh yummy yummy it's so sweet Mummy always cook it for uS in Ramadhan. I advice all the members to try it. :kewl:
