big mistake

most of companies employ a lot of students who have graduated from foregion colleges and universities based on their certificates,and without assessing their abilities and experiences.so do u think is it fair,or not?

i am with you that many companies and even governmental institutions employ the students who graduated from forigen countries based on their certificates. but, regarding your question if it is fair or nor,
i think they dont employ them and leave them witout supervision. everyone needs practice after graduation because most of the studies based on books not practical skills.
so,
these institutions give them chances to prove themselves (minimun 3 months) then they sign the final contract.
these students studied hard away from their families facing a lot of problems and taking a lot of responsibilities so,
they have the right to be employed.
they have the right of better chances of jobs due to the initiation that they had for furthur studies.
but still i am not against who did not have the chance for furthur study due to many reasons. so,
dont get me wrong.
