What do you think the high school graduates (thanawiyah 3amah) with grades less than 60 % should do instead of staying at home doing nothing?.

We know that many of them every year face same problem, some of them will try to look for a low level job to kill the time and to be able to get married latter, some of them will be lucky (could be by wasta) and find a job and some will just count the days waiting for the luck and for the sky to rain gold and silver, some of them will be disappointed and start to be a criminal, girls will be waiting for a husband for years and years.

Any options available for those young sector of the society? Do you recommend any solutions?

Actually It's a problem with all the Graduates! - After they Graduate than In a Interview they are asked for Experience, Ofcourse they dont have it!

So they become experienced Sleepers!

Only the lucky ones with "Wasta" (Influence/push) are able to get Jobs!

Its really sad to hear such things but they do exist. I dont understand why they have to stay home doing nothing and whats stopping them for doing a different course that could help them.

I work for a company that assists people back to work, someone who has not had experience at work or maybe she had to stay home for a couple of years to look after the little ones and decides to come back. Most of the courses we offer are like basic I.T. courses and after a short period we are intouch with most local companies who agree to take them on for "WORK EXPERIENCE". This helps those who have not ventured out to work and gives them the hand on working environment. At the end of their work experience these People have gained so much confidence and are able to go out and find suitable jobs.

It is for the govenment to open up such centres to assist those who are not able to find jobs in work experience and job search.

The employment offices don't offer any gurrantee of what-so-ever! - Finding a Job Depends on Being in the Right Place at the Right Time!

If We dont have a Brain Than we surely need a body to find a Job!

Well its really pathetic then. Reminds of places like 3rd world countries where you have to bribe your way to secure a job and if you are lucky to have Relatives who can push you in the backdoor just because he is the managing director :bang:

we do have such offices that train school graduates on certain skills and then locate them to some companies.

Is it working well? And the companies will accept to take them and give them a satisfying job and salary?

Most of the Companies here take our students to assist them gain Work Experience so even if there is no vacancy within their Firm atleast the student has gained some knowledge of a working environment and has built up his/her confidence to venture out. Some Companies have also at times offered jobs to these students. While on work experience they are given basic travelling allowance and lunch money as they are not employed as yet.

No hun we dont recruit for music. Most of the students who pass through us have either done I.T, Accounts or Childcare courses. But if I hear of anything I will let you know. Just send me your email address and I will see what I can do.

Have a lovely weekend dear.

Yes its Sad to see how much they suffer,
I would suggets for Boys to Adventure go somewhere else like Qatar plenty of works overthere and they do get the same treatment like locals

And For ladies dont waste time if you happend to get any Boy Proposing go for it dont waste that oppurtunity, Even if you are approached by Marriage men like ICE TEA just accept him being the second wife much better than sitting home and biting the Nails
