I have to believe unless something totally unbelievable happens that Saddam will never gas anyone again. Since he is supposedly still alive, I guess there is always a chance he could though. If this does happen, I hope and pray it's not in your or my home town.

Thats the point this whole war is based on "maybe" (i.e a fluid foundation).
