FOUR WEEKS DIET REGIMEN

Weigh yourself at the beginning of this diet regimen and gain after four weeks, it is expected that you will loose up to 20kg over this period. This diet regimen depends on the biochemical reaction inside your body and independent on the amount of calories included in your daily meals.

BEFORE YOUR START, PLEASE READ THESE GENERAL INTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

1. When the quantity of any food item is not specified, you can eat as much as you want until satiety.

2. You have to follow this diet program exactly as it is, and without any single change or personal modification.

3. Don’t stop this diet regimen at any single point (if you would to stop it for any personal reason, you have to start it once more from its beginning).

4. You can use the normal scale to follow your progress in weight reduction on daily basis (you better use a digital scale with 100-200 gm sensitivity), scaling must be on the same time daily and with just light clothes and after evacuating your bowels in the morning.

5. If you feel any hunger pain (although it is very rare) eat unlimited amount of either cucumbers, tomatoes or carrots (only one if them), providing that 2 hours, at least, were elapsed since the last meal.

6. You have to drink ample amount of water.

7. Boiled vegetable: means boiling them in water without addition of any fat or oil.

8. Salt can be added freely when required (except for hypertensive persons).

9. Tea and/or coffee is allowed freely, providing that they are free of sugar or milk (you can add artificial sweeteners as Candril). Please avoid the fruit sugar.

10. Only 1-2 diet-Pepsi, Pepsi-Max, Cola-light, diet-7 Up, or Soda drink are allowed per day.

11. If you would like to repeat it once more, repeat the first week twice followed by the fourth week twice.


FIRST WEEK


Daily Breafast : ½ orange or ½ grape fruit, 1 or 2 boiled eggs.


DAY 1 Lunch : One type of fruits only (avoid dates, grapes mango or banana.

Dinner : Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat).


DAY 2 Lunch : Chicken (boiled or grilled, remove skin) Tomatoes
1 orange or 1 grape fruit.

Dinner : 2 boiled eggs, 1 brown toast, 1 orange or grape fruit, Green salad


DAY 3 Lunch : White cheese (skimmed) e.g. cottage, 1 toast, Tomatoes.

Dinner : Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat). Green salad


DAY 4 Lunch : One type of fruits only (avoid dates, grapes mango or banana.

Dinner : Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat). Green salad


DAY 5 Lunch : 2 boiled eggs.

Dinner : Fish (boiled or grilled), Green salad, 1 grape fruit or 1 orange.


DAY 6 Lunch : One type of fruits only (avoid dates, grapes mango or banana.

Dinner : Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat). Green salad.


DAY 7 Lunch : Chicken (boiled or grilled, remove skin) Tomatoes
1 orange or 1 grape fruit.

Dinner : Boiled vegetables.


SECOND WEEK


Daily Breafast : ½ orange or ½ grape fruit, 1 or 2 boiled eggs.


DAY 1 Lunch : 2 boiled eggs, Green salad.

Dinner : 2 boiled eggs, 1 orange or 1 grape fruit.


DAY 2 Lunch : Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat). Green salad.
Dinner : 2 boiled eggs, 1 orange or 1 grape fruit.


DAY 3 Lunch : Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat). Cucumber.

Dinner ; 2 boiled eggs, Boiled vegetables.


DAY 4 Lunch : 2 boiled eggs, Boiled vegetables, Tomatoes.



DAY 5 Lunch : Fish or shrimps (boiled or grilled)

Dinner : 2 boiled eggs, Boiled vegetables.


DAY 6 Lunch : Grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb meat). Tomatoes.
1 orange or 1 grape fruit.

Dinner : Mixture of fruits (same exceptions)


DAY 7 Lunch : Chicken (boiled or grilled, remove skin), Boiled Vegetables,
Tomatoes, 1 grape fruit or 1 orange.

Dinner : Chicken (boiled or grilled, remove skin), Tomatoes,
1 grape fruit or 1 orange.


THIRD WEEK

DAY 1 All the day : Mixture of fruits ( as before) with any amount.

DAY 2 All the day : Mixture of boiled vegetables (expect potato) plus any
type of salads.

DAY 3 All the day : Mixture of fruits, boiled vegetables and salad with any
Amount.

DAY 4 All the day : Fish and shrimps ( boiled or grilled) any amount salad.

DAY 5 Grilled meat or grilled chicken ( as before) any amount of boiled veg.

DAY/6/7 One type of fruits for the two days (as before).


FOURTH WEEK

The amount of food mentioned in each day must be distributed all over the day without any extra food .

DAY 1 4 pieces of grilled or boiled meat (250gm) or ¼ chicken (boiled or
grilled).
3 Tomatoes, 4 cucumber, 1 brown toast, 1 apple, 1 orange or grape f.

DAY 2 2 Piece of meat (1/5 kg), 3 Tomatoes, 4 Cucumber, 1 Brown toast
1 Apple 1 Orange or 1 Grape fruit.

DAY 3 1 Spoon of cottage cheese, 1 Box of washed tuna (no oil)
1 Serving of boiled vegetables, 2 Tomatoes, 2 Cucumbers
1 Brown toast, 1 Orange or 1 grape fruit.

DAY 4 ¼ Chicken (boiled or grilled), 3 Tomatoes, 4 Cucumbers, 1 Brown toast
1 Orange or 1 grape fruit.

DAY 5 ¼ Chicken (boiled or grilled), 2 Boiled eggs, 3 Tomatoes, 4 Cucumbers
1 Grape fruit or 1 Orange, 1 Lettuce.

DAY 6 2 Pieces of white cheicken breast, 2 Full Spoons of white cheese
(skimmed), 1 Brown toast, 2 Tomatoes, 2 Cucumbers
1 Yoghurt, 1 Grape fruit or 1 Orange.

DAY 7 1 Spoon of cottage cheese, 1 Box of washed tuna (no oil)
One serving of boiled vegetables, 2 Tomatoes,
1 Brown toast, 1 Grape fruit or 1 Orange

loOlz.. Why do people always think of diet??? loOlz.. If i diet for one day ill disappear! loOlz.. If you have any information of how to gain weight i would be thankful!! Please HELLLLLP me out!!
