When slick-talking New York City advertising executive Darrin Fox travels back to his small hometown in Georgia to claim the inheritance his aunt Sally left him, he finds he must fulfill her last wish before he can collect -- create a gospel choir and lead it to success. But with a town full of tin ears and a shortage of singers, Darrin is about ready to give up and head back to the city where he belongs…until he runs into Lilly. A beautiful nightclub singer with a voice that could rock the competition at the annual Gospel Explosion, Lilly is just the miracle Darrin is looking for... if he can persuade her to sing.

I saw this movie and I loved it, Beyonce was gorgeous!

Although that the movie had the world's most predictable movie, hmm.... there wasn't anything really OUTSTANDING, but I still enjoyed it, dont know why, maybe just because of beyonce... :D

BTW, she did not have any hot scenes or anything, this is a PG rated movie, yet still, a must see for Beyonce's fans.

The movie had good message about holding on to one's belief and never giving in to other people's desires. The movie is very uplifting.

7/10.

This was just a remake of Sister Act 2. The songs were good but the storyline was painfully predictable and SOOOOOOO cheesy. In all it was a mediocre movie. I would only recommend this to Beyonce's most faithful fans. And even then I would suggest that they wait for it to come out on video/DVD.
