For years, it was difficult to find someone to give charity/zakat/sadq but in the recent past things have changed. I have personally noticed beggars sitting after jama, especially Friday salat, if you notice will find similar faces every week.

Is it a need of the day? If some people have started taking begging as a profession? Can charitable organization pick these needy people (but if they continue begging I will use word of beggar) and start some weekly/stipend to support them? My answer and exceptions are YES! But where to start?

some of them are realy in need & some are not.. but how will you know?!!
there are lots of girls got raped & people were killed from those people.. some of them take an advantage of it & start pretending poor..
in Islam it is not allowed to ask for money or anything.. cause there is sadaqat & Zakat paid for them.. but what to do..
maybe some of them are really in need.. they can't live ..so they have to ask.. but sometimes you find them asking for money while they look even more rich than you.. ladies come with fully golded hands asking for a rial.. some of the girls come with full make-up.. fasionable dresses.. laughing out laodly.. they don't look like they are in need.. but they ask for money..
you get realy confused on who deserves money who doesn't!!!

My understanding is that, we have to move to look for the needy, even to they houses, if we have good clean intention for that we will know them with out they say a single word to you. Niyaa will guide you, i did experiance that and i found my very close nighbour one of them, however for those baggers, i think most of them they have they basic needs but need more.

if we who can efford life stay away ffrom them then more problems can happen so lets move to look for them and help.

Plus one of the resons beggars are comming out, that most of peple those who efford are waiting beggars to come to them, that signal givin to the and they will keep comming out to you mixing up batween true ones and false ones

we should help everyone who asks for help whether we know they r poor or not.. coz if they arent, and they r just faking it, and God will deal with them..

I hesitate to help every single person who is begging, because I don't want to give money that might go to bad use. I prefer to go to visit the peoples' houses who are known to be poor.

Thats my way too,, good intentions surly you find them those who need it most, allah maakey.

I think the third world needs alot of help. They are really very poor.
Cause they don't have anything to eat. That is what i call poor.

but if it is just u're way of life is a little below normal, it doesn't mean that u're poor.

I would give Help to whoever i see reall really poor, and not just wants to get money for a drink or something bad.

There are lots of poor people that are not known.. the faky once are seen every where .. but the real poor are always behind our eyes.. we can't see them.. & sometimes we do see them..but they don't look like very poor.. cause they don't like bagging.. even their looks doesn't give any impresion of needing .. what will you do here?!! don't you think that we should visit such people..?!! we should show them love before anything.. & when we give them money.. we shouldn't make them feel like it's a sadaqa.. cause that is one of their rights from us.. we should keep a budget out of our monthly pocket money for them.. we should always keep them in mind..
