put some yummy wallpapers or paint...Make it a single bed with comfy matress and dont forget the Speakers and the carpet should be some cool colour.

I think that it's the colour scheme that actually makes a room special. you should find out what colours calm you, and then use them in your room. Plus, matching walls, carpets/flooring, curtains, bed covers and all that. :)

I know how your room looks like, and the combination of purple and yellow looks beautiful..

most girls like the color of purple.. but purple than purple is different .. some will make the room feel the room dual and some will make it look full of cheers..
and as Enigma said make it full pf ur pictures and ur family which will add something nice in the rrom and the most important thing the room have to be tidy :rolleyes:

I personally love wallpaper and beachwood, and a classic style. :) I'm getting a new room soon inshallah, and I know what I want to do with it. Something in cream and pink.. I love those Laura Ashley wallpapers (the classic ones) :)

I also think that floorboards would look great, instead of carpet or marble. Floorboards to match the cupboards and handwoven rugs :) Dim lights. A lot of candles and photos around. Very cosy. :blush:
