is there something wrong with the sabla? coz everytime i go to the main page appears welcome silver ring sometimes Mimiosa i mean other members names and it has been a week now!

and how did u get silver ring and mimosa's passwords?

i didn't get their passwords ..just their names appear instead of mine.

Sure..no password required... but u actually cant access anything in the page...you just get to see how many PM's they've got!:D

LoL...Enigma! Silver Ring!! Its annoying! i have to log out and sign in all over again! :confused:

as 4eva....refered to the other thread.... this problem has been going and coming back from time to time... its a bug in the actual database on the main server... nothing within the control of the Sabla's server access... and so far they havent found a fix for it...

what i normally do when i face this issue is once am logged in sabla..and i see that am under someone elses name...

i remove the s= from the below link which will show...

once i do that and click on it again...i'll be back to my own member account.

its not a solution...but just a way to get around this..error. Hope it is suitable for you using.

I used to and still get the same problem, but once I go back and type my username and password again it goes back to normal.

Areej you don't even have to do that, it goes back to your account once you leave the homepage.

Strangely I always had this problem, but since I've come to the states it hasn't happened once! :duh:

interesting...additional information..you gave there...Enigma...soo i can i say...its has to be the cookies..:duh:

Cookies leads to... other members names to be displayed DD ?!

I have the same problem Qoloob and it can be quite annoying, especially that if it is another member name which appears instead of mine, I can't view or visit the "Administrators and Moderators Sabla" at the bottom of the main page.

This was discussed with the sabla team and we hope to find a solution before 2004 :)

2004! is the problem that big!

even the home page colors change to dark!

I used to face such thing :)

it was fun.. :color:

but that was back at squ when I had to log out every time.. now I don't have this problem..

its funny that you should mention that you didnt face the problem in the states...

notice that it always changes to active members, therefore the problem is with active members... :D j/k

its a problem that members face in Oman, as my cousin told me, it must be from the cachs files that OmanTel keeps... so the last member to visit the sabla with a certain IP address is automatically directed to him/her username... the sabla software gets confused by this although security is still maintained :) therefore the problem is beyound my fix... :sorry:

sounds funny but i am serious.... this problem has nothing to do with the sabla server or software... as far as i know...
