PHP is a coding thing!
JPEG is an image file!!!

They are totally un-related!!!
If you are trying to provide a link of an online image then probably you need to provide the link of the image it self not the site!

its saved on my hard drive....I attached it in my thread but I cant open the freakin file.

I used photoshop 5.0 in mac ..... evilo since you have photoshop use it to open the pic.....if u dont mind

Open Photoshop, then under file, go to Save As, and choose a file format.

I did that but I couldn't choose anything other than photoshop....do u have any idea why?

I am not a photoshop user, but I have the 7 Me version here and I can go to File > Save For Web where I can choose the file format there, what version are you using?

Another thing... you said above converting PHP! that got me mixed up... am sure now that you really ment PSD.

Finally we so it, it was a spot light kind of effect with a bird thing on top.

o come on man dont make fun of my work....its an angel not a bird.

I made the wtc buildings darker and put thunder in the background......

Ok as a start... i suggest that u lower the glow on the angel so it is more clearer for the viewer.

Seems you are getting yourself through PS.... do show us some enhancements of this work qais.

Hmm.

The "angel" isn't really clear. All I see is an outline. One wouldn't really know what it was unless you told them.

The colour and the quality/sharpness of the buildings just aren't right. They look kind of weird. It looks sort of faded.

All in all, not bad for a beginner ;)
