I don't think those are allowed here for some reason!

But there are many who get them, so you need to ask!

well ... i've seen them two days a go in one of the resturanat .. they were havin some kinda party thing and they were using sparklin cand.......... u check with big shops or u can make ur own one !! very easy !! but risky as well.:eyes:

You can find them in grocery stores......You can buy TNT from grocery stores too;)

i guess they are allowed..as i saw some restaurants useing them.. as 3abady said...

I believe they are allowed.. because "karjin cafe" have them.. and it's only candles and not harmful.. well I've been told that "shah na cardass in Qurum" dono how it's spelled.. anyway they might have it..hope inshalla i cen get them there
