It is a very bad word and yet the most frquent used word at the same time.

Some countries like the "USA" seem to use this word after every word they say - where in the UL cursing as for it is considerd a very bad and insulting thing to do. And it would just give ppl the impresstion that you are not a well behaved person.

There are ppl who find it normal and some who would take it very shamfully ... and the funny thing is the F word came from UK!

I get disgusted when hearing it YuuuK:eyes:

I feel whomever uses this word, has no personality.

The meaning is veryyyyyyyyy bad anyhow, this should explain why it is bad.

I myself hardly say it, but I don't really mind when other people do. I just don't like it when people start swearing every other word, like "Oh **** I just dropped my ****ing glass of water on the ****ing floor, oh **** oh **** what the **** am I gonna say to my ****ing father? Oh my ****!"

LOL.

I just didn't want to offend some people who think it's bad, and it would be censored anyway.

swearing....cursing... is a negative way of speech used.

So refering to it could develop unpleasent conversations between two or more people.. and that can lead to violent reactions.

Even by law if anyone sweared on the other ...you can sue

----------

Overall... yes The F*** word is considered as bad word and can have many unapproperiate references... thats why It might be sensored in songs and movies.

I dont use the F word as a swear word....I rarely use it only to refer to a sexual intercourse

Hmm... Never thought of it... I say it most of the time when something bad happens... Like when I see my principle coming towards me...

For me... Its a normal word, and I don't see why people should panic everytime they hear it :duh:

BIG DEAL!!

LOL @ Some1!!! :haha:
----------------------------

In my opinion.. Judging the F-word to be bad or good, doesnt make any sense at all!! Because in the end,It is just a word..
Which people decided on what it means!
It depends on how you use it though... and what you mean by it..

Some people refer to it as sexual intercourse.

Others use it to express their emotions!
(example: Some1 above! hehe:p)

Some may use it to emphasise their opinion or thoughts or something.. (example: Its f***** hot today!! (or) I didn't sleep a f***** minute!!)...

Some people use it just to be plain old RUDE! (F*** YOU!)
The F-word is used in phrases, but doesnt really mean a thing!!!
(I don't give a F***!!) Now what the hell does that mean!?!?
Not a thing! Its just like (I dont give a crap!) or (I dont give a rats *****!! ) Its just a phrase..

In our countries... youngsters use it because they can!!!
To look cool... I know people who not only speak English to sound and look cool, but their english would be full of (F*cks!)..

One conversation I've witnessed, This guy came out of the coffee house was blabbering on the phone with rage!!
"Man! Where the F*** are you!!! I'm gonna go there and just F*** his ***** up!! Just tell me where the F*** is he!! Arent you gonna F***** tell me!!!...."
And so on... I just stood there..watched him.....jaws open..
Then I was like.. "What the F*CK!" hehehe :haha:

And there you have it! :p

I agree with Blind Melon up there.
It depends on how you use it. Like any word, you can use it in an insulting manner.

NaBHaN

sad to say that I used it quite often , but its usually just when something goes wrong.. like when am in pain or something.. i keep on saying it like a billion times. :p

i dont panic when people say it.. nor do i stop them.. unless when they say it in an insulting way.. to me.

Yeah i know what you mean...being a girl and all.. They do take it seriously and make a big deal out of it.. but then again.maybe they should... girls being so delicate and soft shouldnt have words like "F*ck" coming out of their mouths.... :twitch: err..What the F*ck am I saying!... :D

Did you know?

In ancient England people could not have sex unless they had consent of the king (unless they were in the Royal Family).

When people wanted to have a baby, they had to get the consent of the king, and the king gave them a placard that they hung on their door while they were having sex.

The placard had F.U.C.K. (Fornication Under Consent of the King) written on it.

Hence that's where the word f.u.c.k. came from. Now, aren't you glad you learned something new today?

Wow........those Brits are so polite to ask permission....huh?

Cheers

this reminds of a freind of mine (Danny) who swears all the time, and i mean all the time. anormal convo with him would go something like this:

Danny: Hi MO what the f*** have u been up to?
MO: not much. what up with u D?
Danny: you would never f***ing believe what that motherf***ing Johnny did to me. i'm looking for that motherf***er.
Mo: oh yah what did he do?
Danny: he borrowed some motherf***ing money for me last f***ing month and the motherf***er never returned the f***ing money back. so Mo if u see that motherf***er tell him that i'm f***ing looking for him and he better f***ing drop by my motherf***ing house with my motherf***ing money before the i get f***ing annoyed.

The last question Bhagwan
I feel soft when you use the word ****
What to do?
Sargamo
It is one of the most beautiful words
English language should be proud of it
I don’t think any other language has any such beautiful words

One Tom from California has done a great research on it
I think he must be the famous Tom, D!ck and Harry fame
He says one of the most interesting words in English today is the word ****
It is one of the magical words
Just by its sounds it can describe pain, pleasure, hate and love
In language it falls into many grammatical categories
It can be used as a verb both transitive
John “****ed” marry
And intransitive
Marry was “****ed” by john
And as a noun
Marry is a fine “****”
It can be used as an adjective
Marry is “****ing” beautiful
As you can see there are not many words with the versatility of “****”
Besides the sexual meaning there are also the following uses

Frauds: I got “****ed” at the used car lots
Ignorance: “****” if I know
Trouble: I guess I’m “****ed” now
Aggression: “**** you”
Displeasure: What the “****” is going on here
Difficulty: I Cant understand this “****ing” job
Incompetence: He is a “****” off
Suspicion: What the “****” are you doing?
Enjoyment: I had a “****ing” good time
Request: Get the “****” out of here
Hostility: I’m going to knock your “****ing” head off
Greeting: How the “****” are you?
Apathy: Who gives a “****”?
Innovation: Get a bigger “****ing” hammer
Surprise: “****”!! You scared the **** out of me.
Anxiety: Today is really “****ed”

And it’s very healthy too
If every morning you do it as a transiently meditation
Just when you get up the first, thing repeat the mantra “**** you” 5 times
It clears the throats
That’s how I keep my throat clear.
Enough for today.

What is just so weird, and something that I can't understand is that there's a word, that you're not supposed to say.
That just sounds.. silly to me.

I use to get so offended when someone would say the word in front of me, I would think it’s total disrespect for the person your talking to even if your describing a situation. I never use to say that word, my husband stopped using it in my presence too!

However as time passed by, I am ashamed to say that I have picked up the word, I don’t use it that often, but depends on whom am I talking to! And if im really upset!

It has not become one of my habits though!
