Inter and Chelsea are locked in a deal and Inter have agreed for an undisclosed fee for the Argentianian Striker to join Chelsea. Everything depends on the struker's personal terms though.
It has been reported that Christian Veiri is very upset about the move negotiations. But Massimo Morati, the inter president is said to have said that Inter have a surplus in attacking power. They will use the Crespo's money to buy a solid defence.

Crespo deal is done and he is a Chelsea player now i hope they play as good as they spent on players :bang:
17 million pounds. that makes it 100 million pounds during the summer.
go on you blues.
Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri hailed £16.8 million signing Hernan Crespo as his "new lion" as he declared that the striker could help to bring the best out of compatriot Juan Sebastian Veron.
Crespo was unveiled as Chelsea's ninth major summer signing as the four-year contract taking him to Stamford Bridge from Inter Milan brought the club's spending spree close to the £100 million mark.
After Glen Johnson and Robert Huth struck their first senior goals in the Champions League win over MK Zilina, with Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink also finding the net, Crespo's arrival paved the way for Chelsea to make an immediate impression in the competition.
Ranieri, who now has five leading strikers, including last week's £15.8 million capture Adrian Mutu, said: "I have told Hernan that his characteristics are very good for English football.
"He is another lion and is a fantastic player, another good champion for us. He is very fast, good in the air and scores a lot of goals. It is a very important signing for us.
"He only played a few matches in Serie A last season but was the second leading scorer in the Champions League with nine goals in 12 games.
"You can play well but if you don't put the ball in the back of the net, then it is no good - and it is my neck on the line!"
"Of course, he and Juan Sebastian Veron have known each other for many years and played together in the Argentina Under-21s before the senior side.
"I hope that they can bring the best out of each other. It is important that they know each other well and Seba can help introduce Hernan Crespo to English football."
This is the best football news i've heard in years....
I hope Crespo can find his midas touch out here in the Chelsea Flair...Go Chelsea!!!
