View Full Version : Sunni, Abadhi, she3i..etc
I'm tired of poeple saying i'm Sunni, Abadhi ...etc. and this is better than that. Is it ok if i just believe in Allah and worshiped him as just Muslim and moumin (true Believer) will I be doing wrong by doing that? will I sin? i need urgent answers :(
u always want urgent answers azure.
anyways i don't really care about all this nonsense. to me a muslim is a muslim. i respect them all.
ok guys take your timeanswering my questions but please let it be someone who really knows about religion this time i'm waiting :)
I went through all Islamic mandh-hebs from my childhood to date and I totaly agree that the differences are tooo small to B discussed or urgue on.
As long as we all worship Allah and Mohamed to be the last Prophet of AlMighty Allah, then we have to think ogf the trunk and ignore the branches.

Desert_Sloath 19-08-03, 08:57 PM Zure believe in Prophet Muhammad as the last messanger of GOD and follow the Holy Book The Qur`An. Pray your 5 times a day. Fast Ramadhan and Pay Zakat and if you can Pay your pilgrimage. Don't forget the Shahadah. Leave the rest aside and help the needs if you can. Avoid zanadaq who from now and then call for jihaad. Try to call on muslims to uplift their communities first before they talk of distant troubles. Anyone who claim that he want to "KNOW THE DIFFERENCE" between this and that denomination is in actual fact trying to divede those people.
To the rest we should remind the that - The Qur`an revelation has, step by step, Confirmed the Law of Moses and the Gospel Of Jesus. It is a guide from Allah. And appeals to reason and understanding. Let us understand it rightly, in reverence. And trugh, unswayed by those who reject Faith, and seeking ever the reward Of the pleasure of Allah, through firmness, Patience, discipline, and charity, and offering others The light which we ourselves received.
Muslims we are blessed to remain constant in Faith, pray for guidance, and maintain our spiritual hope for the future.
It is the duty of the Christians to accept the new light. But we muslims can not force it to them but they ought to seek it and we will always extend our assistance to them.
Since Allah's revelation is continuous, all people are invited to accept its completion in Islam, and controversies are deprecated. The Muslims are asked to hold together in union and harmony, and are promised security from harm from their enemies, and enoined to seek friendship among their own people.
Enough
thanks Desert_Sloath for enlighten me as i already know most of the stuff you talked about but i'm so glad you mentioned all this issues, i strongly believe in God and i truly think we Muslims should not deffernciate amongst us.
so does this mean if someone asks me what Madhab are? i can say none! i believe in God and i'm a muslim.
Do you think these fundamentalist will leave me a lone? :angre:
If they dont leave you alone then ask them to prove to you about the Prophet Mohameds' (PBUH) madh-hem and if it ever exist on those days.
As a muslim you are allowed to search for knowledge nevertheless other things are just there to my understanding to distinguish the path differences.
Its up to indivisuals to decide which path he/she wants to follow as long the destination (objective) is to worship Almighty Allah and followed the teaching of Prophet Mohamed (PBUH).
We must understand and respect all Madh-hebs before we run into conclusions.

Endure Whisper 19-08-03, 10:40 PM Well, the reason people say this is better than other because everyone believes that what they are is right... So,, all you can do is ignore and don't let words put you down. Definately you are not going to change the way you are by their words.. but some people are not sure of what they're doing, and they are just following their parents.. but as we grow up, we look into our own life and see what clicks right in our heads.. And whatever you do, remember that you are worshiping Allah ... May Allah forgive us all.
Doesnt really matter to me..since the person believes in Allah then its ok with me...i dont bother asking about the madh-hab 7ata.
Thanks to everyone who contributed here as I feel more relieved to know that I wasn't wrong by deciding not a stick a religious tag of Madhab in my belief of Allah.
el7ilwa 22-08-03, 06:31 PM Well I think this is becauz most ppl prefer belonging to some thing like tribe & like to make it look like the best one between the others. This is go with the Math'hab, but many ppl thanx alah now educated & know as long as u opaying alah this doesn't matter, just follow your belifes & what convince u.
Homeless 22-08-03, 09:47 PM I dont care whether a person is sunni or abathi or whatsoever just as long as they r good people who know allah and islam.
But the thing is, alot of people speak about how other mathahib r wrong and how theirs is right!
Even some parents wouldnt let u get married from other Qabayil because of theis islamic math'hab which is so so annoying!
