the figures are in Euros but look at it this way; the highest paid player in the premeirship gets around 50,000 Pounds per week. there are 52 weeks per year and therefore the likes of Roy Keane and co get ONLY 2.6 million Pounds per year.

for Beck to get 15 million Pounds per year United had to pay him 288,461 Pounds per week. no one gets that kind of money, not in football anyway.
