I was reading one of the local paper and I find this topic which caught my interest and I thought to share with ma gals overhere

it can be done at Vinus in medinat al sultan qaboos..this semi permenant isnt it abit like tatooing?

Yes I forgot to add that this treatment last for three to five years as naturaly pigments eventually fade.
