Best members award

I suggest that there should be a best member award. It does not have to be a tangable award .. but maybe something like a star apears whenever they post that week or month ..
the best member should be a person who post alot and his post make sense .. something that serve the whole country not only sabla members .. any way moderators and admin ( if they show up ) should choose the best members .. not the members themselves

I go for nizwani ..
he has a very good way in replying all the topics ..
I also go for Bimzouri .. although she is a very new member of our sabla .. but I can see that her posts are very reasonable !

hmm it is good but of course this has to be approved by Admin who seems to be missing!!

but i think it good and it will encourage the members to post better topics...well i would go for Nzwani too becuase masha allah his posts always make sense and i always enjoy them...keep it up!!

so you should also give them the ability to have a say.

But allow me please to assume that you don't.....
there is Edit/delete icon underneath each post, click into it to be taken to a new window where you can tick the delete square which is located at the top left hand side corner then submit.

well to tell u the truth i never noticed the delete box and i thought that only moderators couds delete posts...!!!

but then again we r not all perfect and i guess i learned something new thnx :)

Thank you all for supporting the Idea ..
well why I though that the vote should be from Admin and moderators ( if they show up ) is that people here know each other and sometimes that might creat Bias .. I do not mind actually members voting .. but I thought it will look definatily more valuable if all moderators decided on a person because of his / her contribution .
About moderators .. well yes .. I do not know where are they .. please admin if u just read this you better take an action .. ok yes we know you are busy managing two sablas .. then if uc annot do it by your own give another person the right the Admin has .. like making these suggestions come to life !!

yeah, moderators can Edit/delete any post while
you can only Edit/delete your posts.

arbprnces first of all i thank you so much for your great suggestions, your really a unique person. secondly, why do you always end this sentunce like this? --> Admin and moderators ( if they show up ) <-- don't you see me here? not to mention I-Meskary, Mukundh, DVDROM, etc... if you don't see the moderators online it doesn't mean that they are not around, they like to stay quite and watch the game if you know what i mean...

as for the star, hmmm, we used to have that in the old sabla, new members used to have 1 star, and the more posts you have the more stars you get! i dunno if it could be implemented on one person! lets wait for the Admin!

wallah did not mean you .. I know you are always aoround and also I_maskary and even the politics moderator and the biz & tech moderators .. But I mean the others .. look at the educational sabla .. it is only now because u have moved alot of topics there is awake again .. and some other moderators to tell u there truth I have never ever seen them posting .. I know it is not an easy job to be modrator, but your job is not to keep quite .. the job is to continue posting and ,aking your sabla intresting ..
I propose why dont be there any sense of competition between moderators .. I mena arrange it by your self and challange who will have the most innovative idea that make the sabla a greater place ..
when I say Admin and moderators ( if they show up ) I am mostly refering to Admin . and I do understand he is very busy and actually I am very thankful to him .. because without his courage we would not have an arabic and english sabla as unique as thes .. Thank you Said Al-Rashdi ..
But then when you start a job and make people like it .. it is better to continue keeping it goo .. sorry .. but this is (tharibat al naja7 ) :)
I prpose .. that said give you the job of an admin and give you the control over the sabla and you have the right to do whatever you think is right .. maybe after contacting him if he feels it is hard for him to cotrol both sablas ..

For this to actually happen we will need Admin's approval same and more members to vote so that it can be fair to all..i mean(Best Members Award)

I would like the moderators or even better Admin to let us know if this is approved or not!!

I think that this is a good idea to show members that they are appreciated for their contribution here !! :)

Yeah i think kamakzy would make a very good Admin as he is a good moderator and he is here regulary,if he cant be the Admin then he should have permission to make descions when admin is not around....!!

No one is giving any attention any this topic ...and unfortunately most ppl who voted here voted for Nzwani who left us yesterday which is very say but what to do it is part of life!!!

But i am sure there are members here who deserves the award..and i vote of Kamakazy as he is one of the first memebrs here and worked to become a Good moderator and no one can deny that...

And as i said before that he would make an EXCELLENT Adminsitrator!!

so yallah post who u think shoudl get choosen as the best member to get the award!!
