Applying Your Make-up for Work

Work and play have very different aspects to them. The same holds true when applying make-up for the different events. Generally for work you will use colors that are more neutral, like subtle colors and earth tones. This gives you a professional look and gives an aire of confidence to those you come in contact with. Most of the time if a person wears loud colors in a professional environment, everyone seems to not take that person seriously. Now let's get to the particulars.

Again I want to emphasize the use of earth tones for your professional look. You can still use three different eye shadows to create dimension in your eyes, just remember to use at least two earth tones in the combination of three shadows. Next when applying your eye liner use a slightly larger brush like our small shading brush instead of a brush like our Slant Tip brush. The idea here is that with a larger brush you will not create such a definite line, further creating a softer look. If you are asking yourself, why is all this important, I will tell you. It is still important to wear make-up at work for the secondary benefits it offers like, evening out your complexion, attracting attention to your eyes and finishing your look. The reason for the subtlety is you would like to be noticed for the work you do. It is important for people to recognize you for your achievements in the work place and not to attract "sexual" attention. That is the wrong place to attract that sort of attention. Let's move on to your blush. You can still wear color in your blush; just take it easy on the amount you apply. When you apply your mascara, apply enough to separate your lashes, giving your lashes a natural appearance. When it comes to your lips you have a few options. For true subtlety apply your blush color to your lips and finish it with a nice light lip gloss. Your second option is to just use a very neutral lipstick. Make sure not to line your lips. Lining your lips will draw too much attention to them, especially since the rest of your make-up is so subtle.

A great way to envision the points I made earlier is to think of the First Lady. Anytime you see her on television her make-up is very subtle, yet she still looks made up. You are looking to create the same thing. Remember you will go further on your achievements than on "looks".

Now it is time to leave work and maybe you have plans to go to dinner. What do you do? Well an easy way to change your "work" look into an "evening" look is to freshen up your blush, apply our Frosted Powder for a dewy look, and get out your favorite lipstick and you are ready for the evening.

Subtlety is the key here. Remember the example of the First Lady. Let your ability to do your job well carry you up the ladder instead of the way your make-up turns heads in the office.

The Difference Between Day and Evening Make-up

There is a major difference between evening make-up and day make-up. Most people think they can just add more make-up and they are done with their evening look. I’m sorry this is not the case. The major reason for this difference is lighting.

Throughout the day we are subjected to different light sources, whether it is at work where most of the light is fluorescent lighting or in our homes where there is incandescent lighting. The nature of the light sources causes these differences.

Fluorescent light is a blue light. This will affect people differently. People with blue eyes generally have more redness in their skin which will be accentuated under blue light. People with brown eyes will see that their skin appears to be more yellow or green. As you can start to understand this is what is affecting the look of your make-up.

Incandescent lights are going to have different affects because the light is yellow or red in tone. This red light tends to soften all colors, like when a photographer does a portrait they use soft light or warm light to hide imperfections and make the photograph appear flawless. This is why you need to change your cosmetics for each case, or for the light source you will be under at that time.

Tricks of the Trade

There are a number of different tricks and techniques that we have developed to make applying make-up easier, as well as more appealing. Let's start with the basics.

Always start your make-up with your foundation. This will even out your complexion and give you a good base to start with. Now for the trick. Use a sponge to apply your foundation. This way your foundation will not change colors due to the oils on your fingers, and you will not contaminate your foundation. Another trick is to use a large complexion brush to smooth out your foundation around the hairline and jawline. This way you will not have a line of demarcation around the edge of your foundation. Next apply your brow color. Follow up with a brow gel to keep your brows looking nice all day or night. Apply your highlighter next. The trick here is to use a highlighter like our Beige Eye-lite that is creamy instead of a waxy cover-up. When you are trying to hide lines on the face, using a waxy substance will not move with your face, thus causing creases and other wrinkles to form in the product. Using a creamy highlighter will get into the lines to lighten them and make them less visible. Again use your complexion brush to blend your highlighting after you have applied it.

Now it is time to concentrate on your eyes. Applying make-up is like being an Illusionist or Magician. It is not like an artist that paints, because we are working with three dimensions. This is why it is important to use three different eye shadows. Starting from the top eyelash choose a color of a medium tone. Apply that from the lashes to the crease in the eye. The next shadow should be two shades darker than the the first. Apply this shadow from the top of the first to the brow bone. The next shadow should be one shade lighter than the first to highlight the eye brows, because the eye brows are what gives you your expressions. Apply this shadow from the top of the second shadow to the bottom of the eye brows. This is how you give your eyes dimension, by going light, dark, lightest with your shadows. Now apply your eye-liner. The trick here is to use a shadow and firm bristle brush. This will give a more natural appearance. Always start from the outside going toward the center on the top and bottom. Another trick to this is to make sure you do not make the top and bottom meet at the corners both inside and outside. By doing this you will make you eyes appear larger. Something else you can do to your eyes if you would like them to appear whiter, is to use a white pencil on the inside of the lower lid. This way light will reflect off of the white onto your eyes. This is especially helpful for people that tend to have a lot of redness in their eyes. Now it is time once again to blend with your large complexion brush.

We are almost done. Your next step will be your blush. The blush is applied to the cheek bone, and if you stare at yourself in the mirror find the place where your cheek goes from flat and starts to curve back. This is where you should start your blush, then follow the cheek bone back. Now let's do your lips. Make sure that your blush color and lipstick complement each other when you hold them together. If they do not look good side by side they will not look good on your face. This is also important for the next trick. Use your blush as a base color for your lipstick. This will help your lipstick last longer and prevent it from bleeding. The next trick for your lips is to use a soft bristle brush like our Gold Lip Brush to apply your lipstick. You will have more control this way, and your lipstick will stay on better. Like your eye-liner start from the outside and work in towards the center on the top and bottom lip. If you have small lips and you want to make them larger apply your liner just outside your lips. Conversely if you have large lips you can line just inside to make them appear smaller.

Now that you know some of the tricks of the trade you can apply your make-up like a professional.

Creating Smoky Eyes

Smoky Eyes" have been around for a long time. It seems that this classic look is very popular in the fashion industry once again.
To create a smoky look you need to start with a light color or Smooth eye shadow. You apply this color with the Large Shading Brush all over the lid and a little under your eye. Then use a charcoal color . Apply the charcoal from the lashes to the crease in the lid. Next use a black shadow with a firm bristle brush to apply your eye liner. Make sure to apply your liner a little thicker towards the outside of the eye. Last take a large complexion brush to blend all the colors together. That is it.

Now that you have the steps down it is important to understand why you need to use a quality product . The whole key to "smoky eyes" is seamless blending of all your eye shadows. If you use a low quality shadow to try to create this look you will be very disappointed. All you will get is a smudged look instead of the smoky look.So u should always choose the branded products for your make up.

How Do I Get My Eyes Noticed?

Tips for creating Dynamic Eyes:
Your eyes are the most important feature when you are doing your make-up. Whether they are small, deep-set or large, using these techniques will definitely draw the attention your eyes deserve.

The first step to achieving Dynamic Eyes is to use a highlighter like our Beige Eye-Lite and apply it from the nose, (the thickness of the brush) following up under the eye brow and extend to the hairline. Then using a large brush like our Complexion Brush start from the nose and blend the Eye-Lite upward towards the brows and the hairline.

Now we are going to apply the eye shadow. To give your eyes dimension we are going to be using three different eye shadows. The first color is going to be the darkest color and your base color. Apply this shadow from your eye lashes to the bottom of the Beige Eye-Lite in the previous step. Remember this color needs to be relatively dark so that you can use two other colors that will be lighter than the base (first shadow) color. Next you will apply your eye liner. For an eye liner you can use a pencil, but for best results you will want to use a flat eye shadow and a firm thin bristle brush like our Brow Brush. By using the shadow instead of a pencil you will get a well defined line that is more natural in appearance. You will also find your eye liner will stay on longer. Always start from the outside of your eye and work inwards towards your nose. This will help you to make both eyes more symmetrical. Another key note is start your liner slightly away from the point where the top and bottom lid meet, on the inside and the outside of your eyes. Always remember to apply your liner thicker on the outside of the eye and thinner towards the inside. You will be amazed at how much this simple technique will dramatically open up your eyes.

Now it is time for the second eye shadow. This shadow needs to be one shade lighter than the base shadow, because we want this area to come out more. This is how you can bring out deep set eyes. Start the application at the top of the liner over your base shadow to the crease of your eye. Remember to stop the application at the crease. If you go above it you will only emphasize the heaviness of the lid.

Now you will move on to that third shadow. This shadow needs to be one shade lighter than the second shadow, or two shades lighter than your base shadow. The reason for this is this color is going to highlight your eye brows, which is what creates most of the expressions you make with your face. You will apply this shadow from the crease of your eye to the bottom of the eye brow.

Next you will apply your mascara to the top and bottom lashes. So I do not make this tip to wordy, please read our beauty tip on the proper method of applying your mascara. You will now get your highlighter and apply it under your eyes and blend away any excess. This will help to alleviate any dark circles by bring that area forward. Now you can take your large complexion brush and blend all the eye shadows together. You are finished.

Applying your make-up is nothing more than manipulating the shadows and highlight on the face. This is one reason to use a highlighter and not a "concealler". The highlighter is used to bring an area forward that creates a shadow you do not want (i.e. dark circles under the eyes or laugh lines and wrinkles). Also by adding shadows at strategic places on your face you can enhance the dimensionality of your face (i.e. alleviating puffy lids). We live in a three dimensional world, and by using these techniques along with our cosmetics, you will be able to take full advantage of it.

Note: the tips tell you about romandoes make up but you can use your own brand for applying your make up if it is the same tools;)

As most of the Gulf women prefer long haire so I hope this be benifitable.
The number one problem affecting long hair is breakage, usually seen as shorter, fly-away strands, or split ends. From the moment you wake up to the time you go to sleep and even as you sleep, there are many factors that can lead to hair breakage.

One of the most common causes is poor maintenance – things like improper brushing and washing and infrequent trimming. Lifestyle factors, such as poor nutrition, stress and even restless sleeping can also lead to hair damage.

The problem is that what many women think is good for their hair may actually be hurting it. Through proper care using simple techniques and the right maintenance products, anyone can have long, beautiful, healthy locks.

The Long Hair Care Group recommends the following:

Finger Raking
Upon waking, use the back of the hand, run fingers through hair to remove snarls and tangles.

Proper Brushing
Bend forward, allowing hair to fall. Using only a wooden base natural bristle brush, such as our Long Hair Brush, bring hair from the nape of the neck over the head and down to the ends. Then, stand straight again with hair falling normally and brush from the underside of the hairline down the strands to the ends. Now, brush the top layers into place with long, even strokes. After each stroke, smooth hair with hands to reduce static. Increase the number of strokes weekly, starting with five and increasing by one a week until you find a comfortable routine. If oiliness develops, reduce strokes.

Brush only when dry. Hair is weakest when it is wet and brushing can easily damage it. Even when hair is dry always comb before brushing.

Combing
Separate hair into small sections. With a wide-tooth comb, such as our Long Hair Comb, carefully work from the ends in a downward direction only. Use only a wooden or tortoise shell comb – never rubber. Do not pull or yank hair.

Drying

Air-dry whenever possible.

Curling

Use regular hair rollers, winding hair loosely around them. Avoid electric rollers, hot combs, and curling irons, or use these on a cool setting. Pin curls or barrel curls are the safest and fastest methods of drying hair.

Shampooing

If your hair is dry and brittle, wet hair, then coat with a light conditioner before shampooing, such as our Time Released Moisturizer. This acts as a buffer and helps protect the hair strand. Then begin shampoo by removing dirt through gentle sudsing. We recommend using our Body Essence Shampoo, which is specially formulated with natural botanicals and designed to clean the hair without stripping away its natural oils. Massage your head to increase the blood supply to the scalp and roots. On an as need basis, we recommend using our Detoxifying Shampoo to remove unwanted residues from styling products and the environment.

Environment

Before going out to the beach or pool, comb conditioner such as our Seaweed Pac, through the hair. This helps to protect hair from the sun, chlorine, salt water, and from the sun's heat, and serves as a deep conditioning treatment.

Wear a hat, cap or scarf if you can to protect hair from over-exposure to the sun, salt or chlorinated water, wind and air pollution.

Trimming

Have hair trimmed on a regular basis (approximately every two months). This is especially important for growing out layers and/or bangs to reshape and make each stage of growing hair out a style.

Conditioning
Always apply conditioner from the ears down – never condition the scalp. Do not over-condition.

Conditioning too often can cause the cuticle layer of hair to lift making hair brittle and leading to breakage. Rather than conditioning every day, try our All Purpose Aloe Detangler, for snarl free combing.

Styling
Your hair style is a reflection of your personality and a wonderful way to express your individuality. All too often conventional styling products contain alcohol or other harsh chemicals. These ingredients are used to keep the hair in place and to give the appearance of shiny healthy hair. In the case of these mass-marketed products the look achieved is only surface deep and they tend to damage the hair. The Long Hair Care Group has developed a highly specialized line of styling products which not only makes your hair look great, they impart essential botanicals and vitamins to each strand, conditioning your hair as they hold it in place and body and give it incredible shine.

Sleeping
Even the way you sleep can affect your hair. Restless sleepers may actually be breaking hair as they sleep.

If you’re a restless sleeper, try a satin pillowcase so that the hair glides when you move in your sleep. On regular cotton cases hair can get caught and break.

Putting hair up to sleep is also helpful. Hair should be put in a ponytail on top of the head. Always use rubberbands that are rapped in cloth, commonly known as "scrunchies."

Hair Growth
Hair grows at a rate that is in accordance with your body’s chemistry, balance and well being. It is a misnomer that after a certain point hair growth slows. Patience and proper maintenance is the key, when growing your hair long. It is VERY important to trim split ends as the need arises. Also to use products to prevent split ends such as our pre-shampoos, shampoos, conditioners and styling products. Eat a well-balanced diet, work out and supplement your diet with our vitamins, which are specifically designed to help balance your hair. Remember that hair is a man-made fiber and is a natural reflection of your health and well being. So if you are unhealthy to your body, your hair will lack the look you desire. Treat your body with care, follow a proper hair care program and supplement your diet with balancing vitamins and a drop of patience and your hair will look and feel great.

Friday, Over the sink shampoo

I thought of contributing something to this thread with a great piece of hair care advice.. which can be called "Friday-Over-The-Sink Shampoo."

Ingredients: one beaten whole egg in one bowl, and two tablespoons of mayonnaise in another bowl.

Please do not do this in the shower-it'll definately make you smell like a salad unless you want to wash after.

Hanging your head in the sink, wet your hair and gently massage the whole beaten egg through your hair, taking extra care with your scalp. This treatment is meant to get the oils, built up conditioners, and dirt from the past week- off your scalp and purify it. Let the egg sit for about a minute, then rise throughly with warm water. Massage in the mayonnaise in the same way, but paying attention to the tips of the hair, and let sit for about 2-3 minutes. (For a deep conditioning-wrap your head in a towel and sit in the sun for 30 minutes) Rinse with warm water and then shampoo with your normal shampoo. Don't condition after. Voila! Shiny, conditioned hair, with a sqeaky clean scalp.

PS. This treatment works very well with people with oily scalp/hair or people that are trying to grow their hair out from a very SHORT do(gives the growing hair a clean environment to grow faster and healthier!)

Foundation & Highlighter
Make Your Make-up Stay Put

Application tips only account for part of keeping your make-up from running. Remember that an artist is only as good as his paints; high-quality professional cosmetics play a big part of make-up that wears all day.

Look at it this way, with a powder compact from a drug store, you are most likely reapplying your powder two or three times a day for touch-ups. Now, if you spend a couple extra dollars on a high-quality professional powder, you only have to apply it once a day. Need a touch up? Simply use a fluffy complexion brush and smooth it over your skin...

Here are three application tips to keep your make-up where you put it:

1. Use your blusher as a base for your lipstick.
We can't say this one enough. By patting your blusher on your lips before you apply your lipstick, you help prevent feathering and bleeding of lipstick that is commonly associated with older skin. Also, apply your lipstick with a lip brush and this helps prevent over-application of lipstick, which results in "kiss marks" on cups and glasses.

2. Use a flat shadow for your eyeliner.
The ingredient used in eyeliner pencil that helps your line go on smoother also helps your eyeliner to run! Use a high-quality professional flat shadow and apply it with a stiff-bristled brush to achieve longer lasting eyeliner. For eyeliner that won't quit until you do, dip your brush in a drop of Moisture Tone Freshener to apply your liner wet.

3. Always "finish" with loose powder.
You may be asking, "Why loose powder instead of a compact?" While the main reason that we use powder is to reduce shine, powder also "sets" your make-up.Use this kind of loose translucent powder because it is very finely processed, the consistency of talcum powder. It is this quality that enables you to apply it once, and then forget about it for the rest of the day

Cheers

Brush Up

"What is the best way to clean my make-up brushes?"

Your brushes need to be cleaned regularly to avoid germs building up and to make them last longer.

Gently wash them once a week in a mild shampoo (ie. a baby shampoo) and conditioner. Shape the bristles carefully and allow to dry thoroughly. If you want to sterilise them thoroughly, dip them in neat alcohol!

Curly Burly

"I would like to have my hair in curls on my wedding day, but when I curl it myself they drop out after about ten minutes! What can I do?"

Sometimes hair can be very thick and heavy making it difficult to curl. Try having a few layers put in it to take the weight out a little.

When you come to curl your hair spritz some gel through while it's drying, then put your rollers in (or tong it). Try to leave the rollers in until the hair has cooled right down (about twenty minutes) and then gently separate the curls with your fingers. Add a little hair spray to set your curls in place.

Pimple Problems
Pimples tend to occur when the skin becomes oily; This can be caused by hormone activity which increases sebum output. If you get a lot of pimples all the time, I would suggest seeing your doctor; however just one or two at certain times of the month are common in most women.

Make sure you are using a good cleanser which is designed for oily/combination skin types such as Clinique. It also helps to use a clarifying lotion such as Clinique 3. Try not to squeeze pimples as this may leave a scar which will take many years to fade. Instead, apply a medicated cream and a good concealer such as M.A.C to hide it.

Decreasing Circles

Circles under the eyes occur when the veins under the skin are dark and can be seen through the fine skin which surrounds the eyes. This tends to be a genetic thing, therefore we have to learn to live with them! Try this make-up technique to hide them:

Using a good concealer such as 'Laura Mercier Secret Concealer' or YSL 'Touche Eclat', which should be very similar to your skin colour, apply it directly onto the darkest areas ONLY. Blend well with a brush or your finger-tip. If you wear foundation too, then apply the concealer over the top. Make sure the colour of your foundation matches the concealer. Eye-bags can be treated the same way.

Brow - how!
trouble with my eyebrows. When I was in 9th grade I went tweezer happy and plucked my eyebrows until I only had half of them. Now they have grown out but not the way I'd like for them to be. What should I do?"

It's very difficult to grow your original brow shape back once you have plucked them all out. I would suggest you continue to pluck them into a neat shape and then fill in any gaps with some eyeshadow. The best way to do this is buy an angled brush which is quite narrow so you can draw in some soft lines, M.A.C make a very good brush. Use a matt shadow that is the same colour as your natural hair colour. To finish off, brush through some clear mascara or some hair gel.

Cheers

Always use a Lip Brush.

A lip brush gives you ultimate control in application, especially in areas such as the Cupid's Bow and at the edges and corners of your lips. Also, by not applying it directly from the tube, it stays on longer and you use less since you only use what you need instead of blotting off excess lipstick.

Frosted lipstick is more translucent than cream lipstick.

Cream lipsticks are thicker and provide more coverage than frosted lipsticks. If you have lines on your lips, cream lipstick is best for you. Creams are also easier to "exaggerate" your lip line if you line the outer edge of your lips. The translucent quality of frosted lipstick adds more shimmer to your lips.

Lipstick keeps lips moist.

Many brands leave your lips dry as the desert, so choose lipstick which keeps your lips moist and soft to help prevent chapping and windburn.

Thanx dear:) ...
First what do u mean of pimples exactly?? The acne after they died?? Usually the acne after they died leave spots in the skin don't remove easily, but I'll advice u to use this mask:
Yogurt & honey mask which is made by adding one spoon of honey to two spoons of yogurt & then apply it to your face, leave it for at least half an houer. Continue using it for few days & I;m sure it gonna makes a different after at least one week:wink: .

GoOd luck dear & if it didn't work with u just tell me:wink: .

Should we exfoliate or have skin-peels when our complexion becomes thin with age? A question frequently asked by women around the world who want to know if exfoliation or peels will make their skin even thinner, more fragile, and prone to wrinkles.

This is an important question. Certain people should not exfoliate or have skin peels, unless they are prescribed or performed by their medical doctor or dermatologist. These include, but are not limited to: individuals suffering from rosacea, pustuler or cystic acne, cuts, bruises, open sores, wounds, oozing, bleeding, eczema, dermatitis, rashes, psoriasis, active cold sores, warts, moles, scars, lesions, or any other skin condition. Other contraindications are people who are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition including, but not limited to: diabetes, skin cancer, port wine stains, broken capillaries, vitiligo, pigmentation problems, lupus, or those taking certain medications such as oral blood thinners. In addition, those who have very dry, thin, or fragile skin should not exfoliate, or have skin peels. As always, your doctor can advise you.

Individuals in good general health, whose skin is not compromised, or at risk, can benefit from skin resurfacing procedures such as exfoliation or skin peels. These procedures, when done correctly, can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, diminish brown spots as well as improve skin surface texture and tone. They will not remove all facial flaws or prevent aging.

It is important to understand that exfoliation or skin peels should be done on an "as needed" basis; when skin looks dull or congested and needs to be revitalized. People who over-exfoliate, use harsh skin care products, or constantly get peels are simply irritating and inflaming their skin. This leads to redness, sensitivity, breakouts, and possible scarring. Some research has linked chronic or long-term skin irritation to premature aging.

As you can see, skin can be irritated, inflamed, over-exfoliated, or simply rubbed raw from any number of products or techniques. Using one or more harsh, drying, or acidic skin care products, recipes, ingredients and/or techniques may cause redness, sensitivity and irritation. These products include, but are not limited to: soap, alpha, beta, or poly hydroxy acid, salicylic acid, Vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid, benzoyl peroxide, scrubs, grains, peels, wash cloths, facial brushing or microdermabrasion.

You probably don't have the luxury of a personal makeup artist or studio lights, and irritating your skin till it's red or raw is never a good idea. It doesn't preserve youth and beauty; it just makes you look like you have a rash. The moral of the story is: be gentle with your skin; exfoliate or have peels only when your skin needs it. Make your complexion appear soft and luminous, not red or angry looking. And, remember, you should always check with your regular physician, dermatologist, and/or plastic surgeon before adding new products or techniques to your skin care routine.

1st by not eating alot of oily food cauz it affect your skin & make it more oily..
2ed always try to clean it with water & few times with tonic, use facial soap but not more than 2 or 3 times aday cauz it is gonna dry ur skin & take the life from it;) .

Hala dear, well as I understood from what u said it is still red spots!! It have to be dark after it's completly dry..
It is maybe not completely dry so u have to waite & use the above tips to make them dry.
Or they are dry but u have got very sensitive skin, so u have to visit a Dr to give u a medicin for them & they have got very good medicines in the hospital for pimples (skin Dr) & my friend tried some & that was so effective:wink: ....

So I hope that will help u dear:) .

el7ilwa
16-10-03, 01:06 PM
I forgot to add, that using make up or foundation especially is not a solution.... actually it makes your skin worse cauz it's block your skin from getting the air & the exuding could not get out of the pore.....
So plz try to cure your skin befor putting make up .

Apply a little gel to your hair and pull into a low side ponytail, just even with and a little behind your ear (we don't want you to look like you have a growth) and secure with a thick rubber band. Twist your ponytail into a bun, letting pieces fly away at will. The messier, the better! Use bobby pins inserted toward the center of the ponytail to secure the mass of the bun.

ohh babelicious try this natural thing it doesnt hurt but u should do it SO GENTLY. bring a damp cloth and put a VERY small amount of salt and scrub ur nose with it. belive me it works. it will keep ur nose sooo soo smooth, i just love touching ma nose after doing this. BUT be carful if u do it roughly u might leave scratches on ur nose.... so be careful babe :)

el7ilwa
30-10-03, 12:43 PM
Sorry BaBeLiCiOuS for replaying late..... As }}RiYaMiNoOo{{ said the natural ways r the best ways & very effective.
She gave u one way, another thing u can do is by the water steam... Do u know Mohamady roses or even Ray7an?? Put them in a bowl of water & boil the water with the roses till u see steam coming out of the bowl get your face closer to the bowl (not too close so u might burn your face), but where the steam can cover your face . The pore will start to open & by massaging the area u want to clean the black head & small haire will easily come out....

Try it & tell us about the result dear.

Cheers

Even el7elwa's way is good but after steaming u can scrub ur face and nose with a special scrub!!

Yah this is a prb for many girls including me some times:p , but I've learned to put alku7el pencile I want & then line it with another pencile wich is a lil bit dry so it wont melts or comes down, Plus u have to put powder or dry foundation instead of oily one.....
Christian Dior pencil is v.good, lancom & Max Factor also.

I hope this will work with u dear:wink:

Yah there is a different, as I said Christian Dior, Lancome & Max factor r good penciles for the eyes cauz they can draw easily, some other penciles are not so effective they r much dryer than the first category I mentioned so if u put them under the main line it would be Ok & wont melt.
About the powder loool:p don't put it inside your eyes my dear I want u to keep your sight till we meet:gap: j/k, I mean use it in the area under your eyes & your face after the foundation cream so the skin wont be oily & make alkuhuk melt;) .

Part hair in the middle. In one-inch wide sections from center to ear, twist hair at the base, creating a little roll, as long or short as you'd like. Secure each section with a small bobby pin inserted in the direction opposite the way the roll wants to naturally unravel. You'll create a little crown of twisties along your forehead. For the back, use a stiff styling spray to beef up the volume as you crunch, twist, and curl the hair to give it a messy, beach-head look. If it's for a chic summer date, leave out the scrunching and use a large-barrel curling iron to give it a uniform, turned-under sophistication.

Hi girls ,, I have a problem ,,

I've been using Cean and ceal for about 3 years , and now i moved to Garnier , i love it ,, but i noticed that it didnt solve my problem which was the reason of switching.

Ok the problem is ,, all these face soaps open the pores for deeper cleansing , i dont mind that ,, but i need somthing to close my pores ,, coz there starting to become a bit visibale and i hate it ,,,,

If anyone knows any natural home made mask that i could use, i would realy apriciate it.

If not then any creams that tighten pores would be good ,, I've heard l'oreal is good , but i need to know from someone that has used it!!!

thanx in advance girls

OK girls i found the solution and now I'm gonna try it ,,,

To close pores

Tip 1: After washing my face i should end by rinsing with COLD water

Tip 2: Mix yogart with white egg and apply on face till it dried ,, the yogart helps close the pores ,, but always do this as the last step ,, after cleansing and all ....

just wanted to share incase anyone has the same problemo
