Why should we believe all trash written by imbeciles? This is old news. Yes the governments of the UK and USA gave their nationals travell warnings at the beginning of the war to liberate Iraq. It was a region-wide thing and NOT specific to Oman.

As for the security situation in Oman no one [be it a citizen or an expatriate] should fear any terrorist attack. Of all the six GCC nations ours is the best-protected country with superb intelligence and security service backed by all kinds of support services.

Oman is the last country a terrorist will think of operating from as a potential suspects movement is monitored 24 hrs a day hence no room for subversion. Remember how fast that Kuwaiti-Canadian Al qaeda terrorist was nabbed last year? The minute he set foot in the country he was whisked away under arrest.

Bottom line the country is well secured

I wish i could know who is this Mti ( Moving Target Indicator )

You cant find me at night in seeb, I sell up my few kilos before 9am in the morning and head straight to Bandar Al Rodha club for my whiskey on the rocks and a few rounds of tennis at wadi kabir club in the afternoon before I go back to the nightly fishing session at the seeb shores.

I see , next week i have two over nights at sea , just few nautical miles ahead of Ras Shutaifi ! Probably will come across your fishing boat ! and might drop anchor as well !

I will make sure next time i come to seeb b4 9 am ! to get some of the SHa'ari !
