<b> Salami to all of you,,,</b>

There are some good sports that really benefit our bodies and some tough sports that gangs are used. Lets list here good sports and bad ones (shouldn't be called sports). Where do you put the likes of football, Rugby, boxing, car racing....................etc.

Your opinion is personal and what is good for you could be bad for me!!!

I will start with <b>Walking</b> as a healthy sport , it can be practiced by everybody and its really handful in building a healthy body. look at those people who only spend all time on cars and compare them with those who walk at least one hour a day. There is a difference.

I guess i would say that i hate boxing.. its such an offal hobby.. i would call it a hobby anyways.. i love swimming, jet skiing , and basketball, but I havent been jet skiing for such a long time.. and I have no time for basketball ..in Other words.. I hate work

well i like doing excersise such as Areobics which i enjoy doing...

hmm i like table tennis...jet skiing too and go karting...an ice sakting which i havent done in ages!

And what i like watching but cant do is figure skating and Gymnastics..

But I want you to mention a healthy sport and tell us why it is so...and a bad sport and tell us why its so.

I mentioned <b>Walking</b> as a good sport and gave a reason....
I consider <b>Boxing</b> as a bad sport because you intend to hurt your opponent.

i m used to practice swimming and basketball since im young,i consider this sports very important ,swimming helps me to breath better ,it develops all the mussels,and i really love water,and this is the main reason, what's make us practicing a sport in spite of another,is first because we enjoy it,then we think about it's effect in our health,about basket ball,i started playing with my brother now i m addicted to it,i like also rollerblading but i consider it more as an entertainment than a sport.
the one which i think is the bad cause very dangerous,is car racing,but i adore it,i just can't miss a race of formula one,even if it's a liltle bit hard to wake up at 3 AM cause the race is at suzuka or kuala.
