1. I Need Preparation Ways Of Omani Traditional Meals

honestly i have heard a fact saying most of recent generation gurls arn,t experinced in cooking ...is tht true ?well u can prove revers that here in Sabala...

Note: if any of the guYz experienced in Omani meals ..plz don,t be hesitative.

Note: am deadly seriouse about Omani meanlz.

I know how to do Harees! :D it takes long to prepare .. so I dnt think it will be good for your gathering!

To tell you that perhaps you are asking a help from a wrong Place.. Saying that We have many Girls who are Under the age of 22yrs old and very rarely they know how to cook let alone advice you, Because mostly the either depend on the Mum to do it for them or the House Maid... :wink:

May be few of them but I believe majority of girls are good cooks. As what to cook for your friends, you can try makboosa, qabuli, bryan, 3arisiya if they're into heavy stuff or rikhal with mutton curry (love it) for light ones.

i want more details plz ...u have posted so many dishes which draw my saliva...but the dishes u announced arn,t enough to be cooked i need more details if u don,t mind .

o.k ya al3ayar ..here's beshbasht 3wal by chef SD ..
go buy a bag full with lemon and a 3walah (wa7dah tkaffy) and some onions ..
sqeeze the lemon in a mala( a bowl) and add a little water to it and then go get the 3wal .. start to cut it in small pieces ..
also go cut the onions and add the 3wal and the onion to the lemon ..waaaala ...now you have beshbashat 3wal :kewl: ..

by the way ...I really hate 3wal and all kinds of bishbash :angre:

p.s : you can put fish instead of the 3wal ..and you can add some chilli things like groon felfel :D
