Salaam to every body. I want to tell you this story which happened to our Neighbours last week.
An Indian was caught breaking and entering into my Neighbours house last week by the lady of the house who is Omani, so he slammed her into the wall twice before running away. When the Police were called they found his car parked out side with his personal Id among other things in his car and he was arrested next day.
It turns out that this Indian works For Ibn Haithem Grope as a sales officer and his been passing by the house 3 or 4 times a day and watching the house maid form a window for a while and that night he was going to meet her at 1200 midnight when every body is asleep and the Owner of the House is out the Country.
Two days later the manager of Ibn Haithem Group who is called Mr Mustafa ( an Egyptian ) calls this Omani lady and asks her to drop the Legal charges because this Indian has been working for Ibn Haithem group for 6 years and Mr Mustafa didn’t want him to be thrown out of the country. The Omani lady Refused and asked if there was any Guarantee that this guy wouldn’t come back to harm her or her children and Mr Mustafa’s answer was that “ if any body wanted to harm her then this Indian guy has friends and they can do it too”.

Is Ibn Haithems Employees above the Law, can they break into any bodies house and do they have right to call a women in her house in the middle of the day and threaten to harm her and her children??

Dear Orbitor:
First you are more than well come in our sabla, i hope you enjoy it.

About this weird situation, i think he should punished, and no such law should protect some one who tried to harm people, I’m sure this Indian guy is not the first time for him to visit the housemaid because prophet Mohammed said Allah always forgive the person for his first mistake, just in case he may stop, but when he caught it’s for sure not the first time, did you get my point.

The important thing is this is the disadvantage that we got when we have a housemaid in our house; we are just waiting for any problem may happen any moment.

I recommend they try to get rid of the housemaid, because since she is there, he would try again and again
The original problem is in the housemaid not he Indian guy, she gave him a chance to visit her and betrayed the family.

May Allah protect all Muslims from a bad housemaid..Ameen.

about what happned to ir naighbours .. defneitly no one is above the law ..and since the lady has refused to drop the case teh thief will be arrested ..
the guy from al haytham group just wanted to protect the indian guy .. and nothing in the world can assure the lady that another person will attack the house .. and since the indian guy was caught .. I dont think any of his friends will dare to do the same thing .. I guess the eygptian guy wants to scare the lady only ..

Wallah 7alah,,, it gives us an idea how things are going in Oman.

How come those people dare to ask the lady to drop the case!!! The Egyptian manager should be presented to the court of law as well for threatening the lady.
