1) When you think of your childhood, what are the first things which come into your mind?

First of all, I don't consider my childhood to be completely over... But if I wanted to think of past memories then the first thing that would pop into my mind is my first day of school, as it reminded me of how awkward it felt to be finally out of home to meet other people...

2) "Blind Melon" is a member in this forum, but also your sister. What are some of your similarities and some of your difference?

My sister was the first to join sabla, and even though I have spent more time in sabla than she did, but she knows more members than I do as she has many friends here, I guess that its the difference between me and her here in Sabla :)

3) Do you have any particular hobby or things you enjoy doing?

Well, if its sports your talkin about then I'd say my favorite hobby's would be Basketball & Swimming... Other than that, I enjoy surfing the internet for very long hours :color:

4) What books you like reading and what TV programs you enjoy watching?

Conserning books, I enjoy reading Horror and Thriller Novels as one of the writters I find interesting is Stephen King as I find his personality mysterious just like his books...
As for TV programs, I usually enjoy watching Comedies such as FRIENDS, or watching my favorite Comedian which would be Will Smith...

5) Do you have a best friend and what makes this friendship so special?

I would say that my best friend would be rashad_316 which is a member is this forum, and the reason that me and him get along is that we have alot of things in common, so mainly we enjoy the same things and dislike the same things...

6) What are the qualities you are looking for in a woman?

Well, I think that what I want in a woman is pretty common between most guys. Firstly, she has to be a caring and understanding person so that she can understand me for who I am...
Secondly, she has to be a deacent person because a girl that is not deacent will never have anybody's respect... And respect is what I would want for her...
Lastly, and I do not mean to be shallow, looks in the end do matter, but if without the qualities above looks would mean nuthing.


7) Which countries have you visited until now and is it important for you to know about other cultures?

I don’t consider my self to be a traveler, as I enjoy staying home and relaxing on vacations... I've been to 3 places only, Oman & U.A.E & Jordan... But a place I would like to got to would be Madrid, Spain... As I am very interested to learn about other people's cultures and traditions as it helps us to understand the way they live...

Well, I used to sit next to my sister a year ago watching her Sablaing while I don't understand anything... So one day (2nd of February) I thought of trying it myself... :)

2) Why didn't you want your previous nick "mf_Khalili" and tell us more about the meaning behind the name "Solidus"?

Mf_alkhalili was by mistake actually :rolleyes:, when I read USER NAME, I thought username@englishsabla.com, it was really stupid actually :p... So, one day I asked my friend NaBHaN to help me change it as he did :)...
About my new Nickname Solidus is pretty cool, as Solidus is one of my favorite characters...

1) I have lived in Oman since I was a kid, I was born here... But I went to Jordan to study the 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th Grade, then came back here, Studied 8th and 9th and now I'm gonna study 10th! :)

2) I'm thiking of majoring in Business and have a secondary major, accounting perhaps..where? Is still undecided..... Probably join my sis in Jordan..Or either US ... depends on situations later... :)

3) Umm, thoughful, Calm, kind, friendly, considerate...

4) One of my friends who died long ago in a car crash :sorry:

5)A perfect day would be me coming back from school with full marks in all my subjects, finding my favorite meal waiting for me... :)

6) I guess that my best memory is when I used to be a kid living and studying here in Oman... Worst memory, I guess when I left Oman to study those three years in Jordan... Though it wasn't that bad!!

The sports teacher... Because he thinks I'm very good at sports... And because I really like what he teaches :D
And also my arabic teacher, because I trust him alot...

Mixed school are better ofcourse... but mixed classes aren't very good... Girls used to make alot of problems for the guys in my old school... But in my new one... Girls are in a class, and boys are in another... So we can be free to do anything... ;)

Not really...

6) What are for you the top best 3 schools in Muscat?

Muscat School... Qurum School... Sultaan School

Well... all I have to say that I don't really like Omani teenagers... No offence to anyone... But its just that most of the time I find them in a very bad way... Especially when they see someone from out of their county, they all don't have respect for anyone... :rolleyes:
But complete Adult Omanis (above teenagers) are Mashaallah the best... They are all really nice... And so they have all my respect... And they love it when they see a non Omani dude... Exactly the opposite of the teenagers :)
