Yes it does exist!!!

At work, your fellow workers might play a variety of political games!!
You need to understand them in order to live in their!

So what do you need to survive such a thing?
What do you need to join an existing work place?
How can you deal with different aspects of work place politics?

Promotion
Communication
Culture
Seniors
...etc

For example.... You might be considered as a threat for some senior workers?
How can you react for such a thing?!

Excellent topic Evilio ..

ofcourse every place have thier culture and politics ..

So what do you need to survive such a thing?

you need to be friendly with everyone I guess.. try not show them that you you know the politics that goes around.

What do you need to join an existing work place?
when you enter the work place, you are new .. you will be the perfect victim to these politics .. just take your time too understand the culture inorder to know how to manage it well ..

will answer your last question later ..

As AP suggested. Then you have to master your job by knowing first of all the aim of the job. By that I mean productivity is what matters. Then cheerfully helping others in doing their jobs following knowing the character of your immediate boss. Avoid back bitting. Try to motivate your colleagues with positive attitude. Think positively and when you defend others apologize in public. Learn from others what is positive in relation to the work objectives. Conentrate on improving productivity standard. Avoid at all costs negative behavior. Work extra hours when necessary and remember the wise saying 'don't leave todays food for the next day' :D

Of course there will be a lot who will envy your position but stick to your attitude and have no grudge to anyone. If the place should prove unworthy leave. Remember if one door closes 9 more are waiting. Watch your step and tolerate hardship but have an aim in your life.

Remember as long as you don't hurt others Al-Mighty Allah loves you.

Bless your parents.
