Every one knows the difference in the educational system from how it was like in the past..from how is it like now!

Now the issue am trying to rise here is the Teachers themselves!

several questions are rising in my mind But 2 most important are:

Do our teachers cope up with the development and the fast changes in science around the world? do they try their best to find out new ways to teach their pupils and To make them more intrested in education? or is it Just a job!!! for money and less effort required by them so theyve choosen it!!!! (as they think!)

another question is:
Do the teachers know that they should be the best optimum Great models for their students?
the reason for the second question rise from personal experience with teachers that were treating their students in a bad attitude and manners!,,,Some teachers realy swear swear heavley On their students!!! for whatever reasons!! some involve in their swears over students parents!....do u find this behaviour from who should be the Models of students and the teachers....acceptible?? IF NOT... WHY Nothing is done about it?

I know students are naughty...headache BUT does that justefy the bad tongue that some teachers have and the swears???

All through my education i tended to see such attitude from teachers as un acceptible at all!
come onnn...Some students are really sweary BUT that doesnt mean that U should do the same...other wise whats the difference here??? U r a teacher...so bare the responsibility of it!..

U graduate generations that are future builders for the country (actually are the future of the country)...Ur contribution in this process of rising these students is BIG...as much as the contribution of parents!

any ways
This is juts a point I wanted to rise ! and discuss about!

AM 100% sure that all of u went through this!

P.s. If U dont have attitude and behaviour ...even if u r The Best scientist FULL of knowledge!..U R ZERO!!!...

Not all of them I must say care much about the new developments, to some, their job is to finish the syllabus, give exams, mark papers, give homework, that's it! That's their job, they don't care whether a student studies or not, whether they know about the new technologies. BUT, there are many who DO care. I was very lucky during my school years to have many fine teachers who cared about their students, who cared about everything new. There are teachers who look beyond the syllabus, try and relate studies to the real world, to life.

Do the teachers know that they should be the best optimum Great models for their students?
As I said, there are a lot who just don't care. And again, to them their job is limited to the book their teaching, nothing to do with their personality. Maybe they think that they can somehow just rule over the students instead of becoming their friends. I guess a student can be influenced very much by the way a teacher is acting, and to me, doing good on your studies depends 50% on your teacher and 50% on the student, so of course the attitude does matter. If I had a teacher who didn't give a ****, then why should I care about his/her class? If the teacher treated me well and set a good model, then most probably I'll do better in that class!

Though thinking about it thug, there are many students who take their teachers for granted. They don't care, and that's the real problem, it's a dilemma, both parties are in charge, so we can't just blame one side only and forget about the other.
