The following results of the first opinion poll to be conducted in Iraq in several decades have been released by the independent Iraqi Institute of Strategic Studies.
73% of Baghdad residents think the US army has failed to enforce security in the city.
17% think that coalition forces should leave now.
So the polls weren't based on a specific issue??
90% ( thnx Scottish gal ) responses and i guess the rest didn't comment!!

Its a simple solution let the Yankees leave and allow the UN troops to take over

The sooner they leave the better it is for bothe parties . I hope they wont stay 7 years as they did in Japan after Nagazaki and Heroshima was nuked .

The Japanese fought for their homeland and Emperor.
They are very successful now. More successful than all Arab nations combined.

Evilio,
You're obviously not very familiar with opinion polls. It's not surprising, I guess. Muslim leaders generally aren't that interested in finding out what the people think and want.
More than 1 question was asked. Interesting, I think, that 83% of Iraqis want coalition forces to stay.
