O'right so do you want to spend you whole budget on creams and hairdressers, till when??
Here are the best tips for you to stay naturally beautiful without all those chemicals, without even makeup!!

1. NEVER wash you face with hot water.
always wash with tepid water and rinse with cool water. Plain soap is okay for removing grime. moisturize if you need to.

2. NEVER shower or bathe in extremely hot water.
Not only does it strip the skin of essential emollients, it is very taxing on the heart. Body temperature: 37 degrees Celsius or 98 degrees Fahrenheit or cooler is ideal.

3. NEVER use heat appliances on your hair.
Whenever possible allow hair to dry naturally. Braid he cair or use strips of cloth to curl the hair.

4. NEVER go out without a hat and gloves in the winter.
Most of the body's heat is lost through the head. Exposure ages the hands. (but this might be in colder countries, not ours)

5. NEVER suntan
Two reasons: Premature aging and melanoma.

6. NEVER go out under a hot sun without a hat.
Heart stroke? Drying to the scalp and damaging you hair.

7. NEVER go to bed with makeup on.
I read somewhere that every night you sleep with makeup on, you age our face by 7 days. It adds up. Besides, the skin needs to breathe inorder to repair itself!

8. NEVER chemically process your hair.
If you have to, do it sparingly and avoid using bleaching products and permanent wave and relaxers.

9. NEVER remove body hair with wax.
Ingrown hair are both ugly and painful. They often recur and leave scars. Waxing is never recommended on skin with varicose veins or other circulatory problems. Depilatory creams are still the best.

Here is a composite of all the beauty regimens:

Wash face with lukewarm water and soft face cloth, to gently exfoliate. Use a gentle superfatted soap. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.

With a cotton swab apply a toner, like rose or lavender water, and while the skin is still moist apple moisturizer on face and neck.

Floss and brush teeth, tongue and lips (exfoliate!) and apply a good quality lip balm. One containing beeswax and cocoa or shea butter.

Before bathing, gently exfoliate the skinwith a loofah. Start at the soles of the feet and make your way back to the heart. Shower in warm water, with a mild superfatted soap or shower gel. Rinse thoroughly.

If you exfoliate daily, you will not need to apply moisturizer to your whole body. Concentrate only on the parts that need it. However, if you live ina cold climate and/or your skin is naturally dry, then by all means do!

As for hair colouring...Well cosmetic companies have come a long way since the first permanent hair dye was put out on the market. The best advice for you is this, choose a color that is no more than 2 shades lighter or darker than your natural color so that you can go about 3 months (sometimes longer) between colorings and therefor avoiding damaging your hair.
Or, for those of you just covering gray hair, use a temporary hair or semi-permanent or nothing at all, cause grey hair is sexy!!!
You'll thank me later when your hair regains its integrity!

Cheers!! :color:

Hmm. I'm not sure of this. Depilatory creams aren't recommended because they contain chemicals that may harm some skin types. Waxing has no bad results - it lasts longer, actually removes hair from the roots, and is much more environment friendly.

I know that these creams are much faster and more convenient. When I'm in a hurry and as a last resort I'd use it if I were desperate.. but normally, it's better to go and have your body hair waxed off every 1-2 months..
