WHOEVER CLAIMED TO BE INSULTED BY THE GREAT ONE, INSULTED THE GREAT NIMR MAL ZIBALA FIRST IF YOU ALL CHECK THE POST AND SECONDLY NIMR MAL ZIBALA DID NOT DIRECTLY INSULT ANYONE, HE WROTE "MAYBE" before anything else SO it was UNJUST AND UNFAIR AND DEFINITELY NOT A DIRECT INSULT AS THE MODERATOR CLAIMS AND IT SHOULD BE THE OTHER PERSON WHO SHOULD BE BANNED SINCE SHE DID THE FIRST INSULT. Well.... this came across my mind... why don't we have a court-sabla! Where offenders get judged by the members... juries? and Moderators... keep the law but they don 't judge?

It won't end up in a mess if we change them (juries) on a regular basis! Of course only the wise and the ones with good membership record:p could apply for such positions i.e. a jury. We can vote them on 2 monthly etc! Plus moderators are more like the 'experts'... they ensure law is applied but they don't contribute in making the decision?

any way, I think this problems starts from the basic part : Religion!

Doesn't that make you re study the case and take their points in concideration ?!

It's not the first time those members and some others to be in such position , but i focused on those coz of their good record in sabla and coz they got the experience to judge the Mods and their actions !

of course their opinion matters..but...cause they themselves intend to sometimes critisize members here and there, then they loose some points when looking into what they say. basically..their opinion is valid..BUT not on the same level as other members who have always been nice (even when critisizing) and followed the rules , no matter what.
