I think it would better if the Admin sent to ring a PM asking him to reduce the size instead of deleting it !! Maybe he is not aware of the new rules.

the annoncement of the rules was made..it's not our fault if members dont pop into the admins and mods announcment sabla. it's there for a purpose and everyone should look into it from time to time. :)

any signature that exceeds the limit will be deleted. the admins barely have time to go through the sabla. we dont have time to p.m the members for every single thing.

Well it's part of admin and mods duty to go through the sabla, and send PM's to members when required and in ring case I still think it's much better to send him a small PM and the guy will react for sure ! Lets improve our ways in dealing with members to maintain a good relations between both sides.

First of all I don't think many members break the rules, and I'm sure you do send to members a PMs when they get a warning for example. I don't see it a big deal to send him a PM, you aren't going to do that every day anyway.

my comp doesn’t read Arabic script , and the team of mods notified me that u're sig exceeded the limit.

i explained my self more than enough. it's not big deal really ..all u have to do is find another nice short sig (hopefully not in arabic..cause something is gonna be done about that too).

It's really logicaly if Moderator can find time to delete signature and I dont see the reason why cant they find time to notify members by PM.

This my suggestion to updat the siganture rule:

Admin to send a PM to the member and give him/her 1 day notice to change/reduce the size of the signature. If no action taken by the member then the signature will be deleted.
