Yes for sure Maha.. but mmmmmm I'll inshalla post it later ..
Sorry Maha.. I forgot to post the reciepe of the cheesecake.. Here it is.. well this is the recipe of a baked cheesecake If you would like the non baked one then just tell me.. I have a simple one of that as well..
This one is rich and creamy and never fails! (In-Shaa- Allah)
Ingredients:
1 Graham Cracker Crust in 8" or 9" Springform Pan or 9" pie pan
Cheesecake Filling for 8" Springform pan:
2 Eight ounce packages of Cream Cheese
1/2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 TBS. REAL Vanilla
Cheesecake filling for 9 Inch Springform Pan:
3 Eight ounce packages of Cream Cheese
3/4 C. Sugar
3 Eggs
1-1/2 TBS. REAL Vanilla
Directions:
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2- In large mixing bowl add all the cheesecake filling ingredients and mix with a mixer until creamy and smooth. After it's thoroughly mixed, give the batter about one more minute with the mixer to make sure it's creamy and nice.
3- Pour into cheesecake pan and bake for 35- 40 minutes or until the center looks set and SMALL cracks start to appear around the edges.
4- Remove from oven and cool for about 1/2 an hour before putting it in the refrigerator to cool completely. Refrigerate for around 4 hours before serving.
Note:
Your cheesecake will look really beautiful when you take it out of the oven, it will be all puffed up and "risen". But I have to warn you, it will probably sink down a little in the center when it cools and this will be just fine. In fact, this will give you just the right surface to put cherries or blueberries if you want them on top.
thanx ayah i will try to bake that when i'm back home ...;)
Libellula 12-07-03, 03:06 PM I love this cheesecake. I've made it so many times and everyone who's tasted it loves it too! :) Try it out.
Ingredients
CRUST:
- digestive biscuits, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
FILLING:
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
TOPPING: (optional)
- strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch cheesecake pan
2. In a medium bowl, mix the digestive biscuit crumbs (use food processor if possible) with melted butter. Press onto bottom of the cheesecake pan. Then place it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in vanilla and flour until smooth. Take out the cheesecake pan from the freezer then pour the filling into prepared crust.
4. Bake in preheated oven until you see the surface becoming slightly "golden"; approx 40 mins. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 1 hour; this prevents cracking. Then take it out of the oven and place it out till it cools. When it cools, put the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
5. Place the topping on the top neatly on the following day. Do this a few hours before serving then put it in the refrigerator again until serving time.
Libellula 12-07-03, 03:08 PM And this is what the cheesecake looks like..
Libellula 12-07-03, 03:10 PM My cookie recipe. I made 50 cookies out of this and they were all gone in one day :( lol

2 cups white sugar
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs

Directions
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
2- In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time then the vanilla. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just blended. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and roll the balls in remaining 1/4 cup of sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets and flatten slightly.

4-ever-young 29-07-03, 10:49 AM girls i need help..i need to find a cup cake reciepe
Just wanted to share an easy cup cake recipe.
Butterfly cupcakes are made by removing a small circle of cake from the top of each patty cake, filling the cavity with your favourite jam and cream.then topping the cream with two halves of the circle to create wings.[I]
Cupcake recipe:
125g of softened butter
A teaspoon of vanilla essence
3 eggs
150g of caster sugar
225g of self raising flour
60ml of milk
160g of jam
300 ml of thickened cream
Method:
1- Line two deep 12-hole cupcake pans with paper cases.
2- Combine butter, essence, eggs ,sugar, flour and milk and mix using an electric mixer, beating on low speed until the ingredients are combined together. Increase the speed to medium, beating the mixture for another 3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.
3- Drop slightly rounded tablespoons of mixture into paper cases. Bake in moderate oven for about 20 mins. Turn cake onto wire racks, turn top side up to cool.
4- Using sharp pointed vegetable knife, cut circle from top of each cake; cut circle in half to make two "wings". Fill cavaties with jam and whipped cream. Place wings in position on top of cakes; top with strawberry pieces and dust with a little sifted icing sugar if desired.
NOTE: the last step is actually optional.
Enjoy baking!
4-ever-young 29-07-03, 10:48 PM Thanks Temara you are a gem! ;)
