Thug4Life 07-05-03, 02:21 PM Boil craps, shrips, oisters ,(+whatever sea food u know)with little amount of water in a dish
since the craps will give ya much of the soup it has...add little bit of salt...u dont need to put much!
same time
boil squids seperatly since it will take much time to be ready....
as well boil the vegetables (whatever u want..u name it!) in a sperate dish and aqs it getts ready add it to the main sea food dish..on fier offcourse
take some carrots cut it into pieces and Fry IT....add some onions as well....(let the onions be in a bigger size when u cut it)
then add these two into the sea food main dish (still on fire)
Then prepare the special sauce (gives the taste)
which is Oister sause add abit of corn flour into it and mix it then add this mixture sauce to the sea food....
That what I got on a rush but basically it looks easy!
Just be creative and rememmber U can put whatever sea food u know into the dish but mainly craps and shrips are a MUST

A delicious, traditional, cream based chowder, this recipe calls for the standard chowder ingredients: onion, celery, potatoes, diced carrots, clams, and cream.
Ingredients
1-1/2 (6.5 ounce) cans minced clams
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup cubed potatoes
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups half-and-half cream
3/4 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1- Drain juice from clams into a large skillet over the onions, celery, potatoes and carrots. Add water to cover, and cook over medium heat until tender.
2- Meanwhile, in a large, heavy saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Whisk in cream and stir constantly until thick and smooth. Stir in vegetables and clam juice. Heat through, but do not boil.
3- Stir in clams just before serving. If they cook too much they get tough. When clams are heated through, stir in little vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
