The war is in progress , no body knows what it gonna end up with ! , infact we know , Death of Thousands of inncocent people ! In the name of Free Iraq .

But if they capture Saddam , inshallah they won't , what they gonna do with him ?!

OR he gonna take refuge in another country ? which one ? what laws ( international ) governs such things ?

OR they gonna try him in military court ? civilian court ?
