is anyone good in scientfic methodology?

what is the difference between a methodology and a method?

what are the available methods that I can use to conduct a research?

well ology always means the study of.

method is just a general term used to refer to the proceedure you use...
while methodology is used to describe the full methods in steps in an instructive way..

for example :
measuring iron level in the blood

A- method: atomic absorption spectroscopy
B- methodology:
it includes all steps in preparation of teh blood sample, dilution, ...etc till at end u put the sample in the absorption mechine ...etc thus it is a full description
