Best College in Oman

Can anyone tell me which is the best college in Oman to study and why ?. My brother just completed Thanawiya and we are in a search for a college ? HE DIDN't Get a good result, so which one do you suggest?

I cannot afford to send to Europe or America and do not wish to send to GCC or Arabs Countries.

Hi there..

I heard that Sohar has a good college. As I heard, it got some good programs in business.
There is also a good college in Muscat for engineering, but I forgot its name.
