Thanks Ayah to raise such an important issue that many people blindly belive islam is the main complicity toward their practical life and they are attempting to seperate the religion from the practical life as christianity did.

the main key and evidance of the complition of islam, which shows that this religion deals with all timing of life is focused on this quranic verse:
'This day I have completed your religion for you, completed My Favor upon you and have selected for your Way of Life, Al-Islam"

this verse proves that Islam as the perfect religion for the whole mankind is indeed complete. Allah the Almighty has chosen Islam as the only religion acceptable to Him. Islam is the best way of life for all. It guides mankind in all aspects of life be it physical, material or economic, social, cultural, educational, political, legal, religious and spiritual, and the like. It serves as the best solution to all sorts of problems no matter how perplexing they are. Islam is the absolute answer to those who go for a perfect religion and a complete way of life. It guides us to a well-balanced life, one that makes us happy and contented in this world and most especially in the life Hereafter. It is the right way to supreme success in the everlasting world to come. In short, Islam as the complete way for all is Allahfs mercy to the whole mankind.
i am going to explain, later on, individually how this religion guides your social, economical and political in your life today and tomorrow...

prior to explain the details of the relation among the practical lifeof amuslim and islam low, it is advisable to idetify the word Shariah or the islamic law.
Shariah is a complete code of Islamic law pertaining to the rights and duties of a Muslim. It governs the conducts of a man, at the same time it removes the ignorance of a man and gives true prospective of his rights and duties. It is mainly concerned with the methods of worship, social principles, law regarding man's relations with each other, the rules and conditions regarding the lawful and unlawful and similar other problems.
The only purpose of Shariah laws is to regulate people's life. Shariah laws are so much comprehensive that it deals from dressing to complex law making. It is for all type of people no matter they are the sweeper or the king. And it clearly defines the dealing of non-Muslims.
Literally Shariah means gthe clear path to be followedh, and technically it stands for the regulation of man's life in way, which is best for him.
Shariah consists of followings:
Holy Quran
The Sunnah (practices) of Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w)
Ijma
The Qiyas.
Now to make you understand Shariah laws more clearly, you must be explained about the four constituents of Shariah mentioned above.

Holy Quran
Holy Quran is the sacred book of Muslims and is the principle source of the Muslim laws. Allah, dictated Quran through Gabriel (the Angel) to Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w). It was revealed towards the end (most probably 27th) of Ramadan (the holy month of Muslims). Quran was revealed in Arabia and in the Arabic as the first target people were all those who knew Arabic. Allah through the Quran once said:
gSo we have made it easy in their tongues that they may be mindfulh. (Az-Zumar: 28)
Quran was first written on skins of palm trees and leather by Zaid bin Sabt. Later in times of caliphate of Hazrat AbuBakr (r.a), he gathered prominent Hafiz-e-Quran (people who have learnt Quran by heart) were gathered and Quran was compiled into one complete form as a book, while being divided into 30 parts or chapters. He also added garrabsh so that non-Arabs can read it accurately.
Quran is a complete code of conduct itself. You can find what Allah wants you to do, from birth of a baby to death of a person. It has everything in it. For more information click here.

The Sunnah
It is the secondary source of Muslim laws. Sunnah means the doings of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w), reported through different gSahabahsh (close friends or people who worked and lived with him).
Holy prophet Muhammad (s.a.w), all his life acted on what Allah told him to do and in respect of everything one can do to be a pious and complete Muslim, there is no one but prophet Muhammad (s.a.w)'s Sunnah which is so much complete and comprehensive that it must be followed. Click here for more on Sunnah.

Ijma
Ijma is the third source of Shariah laws. It can be defined as the gconsensus of opinion of the companions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) or Muslim juristsh. It is the approval and agreed opinion of the Muslim jurists of the first three centuries of the Hijra.
It is simply an agreed upon decision. It is also used in an Islamic society to overcome a problem, which could not be found in Quran or in Sunnah. It is narrated in a hadith.
gIf anything comes to you for decision, according to the book of Allah, if anything comes to you which is not in the book of Allah, then look to the Sunnah of the Prophet (s.a.w), if anything comes to you which is not in the Sunnah of Prophet (s.a.w), then look to what people unanimously agrees uponh.

Qiyas
Qiyas is the fourth important source of Sunnah. The word Qiyas means, gcomparing withh or gjudging by comparing with a thingh. Qiyas is a process of deduction by which the laws of a text is applied to the cases which though not concerned by the language, are governed by the reason of the text. It is actually analogy from the Quran, the Sunnah and Ijma.
Qiyas can be carried out only in a Shariah governed state when a solution to problem cannot be found through Quran, Sunnah and Ijma.
This can confirm Qiyas' authentication that when Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) choose Muaz bin Jabal as Governor, he asked him what he will do if a problem rises. He said he will follow the Quran, and if it is not clear there then will consult Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) and in case if it fails to satisfy then he will use his own judgment (Qiyas). Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) encouraged him on listening to his reply.
Another hadith tells:
gJudge upon the book of Allah, upon the Sunnah of the Prophet and if you do not find it in that, then use your personal opinionh.

Now why the Shariah laws are important? And are they used against non-Muslims? First of all Islam is a religion which gives teaching of tolerance towards everyone and Shariah law enforces it. For example when Makkah was conquered by Muslims under Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w), he did not allowed anyone to occupy the houses or gardens of the non-Muslims there.
According to Shariah law if someone is doing a wrong act (i.e. against the law), he/she must be then punished equal-lent to that of the crime and in case if he/she escapes justice then Allah will do the Justice.
For your convenience some of the Shariah laws are mentioned below:
A murderer must be killed in the same way as he murdered but can be set free if the bereaved family agrees to take some money instead of killing murderer.
A thief's hand must be cut, and for a decoct opposite hand and foot must be cut.
A person can only keep four wives at a time. Only if he can keep them all with justice, otherwise he can be trialed in a court.
One cannot keep two real sisters as wife at one time.
Man should pay some good amount of money or some articles as a dower to the bride at the time of gNikkahh (marriage). And he cannot take it back.
If a man blames his wife of adultery and fails to prove then will be punished by court.

These are just few Shariah laws, while it covers all the aspects of life. Also it must be kept in mind that these under this law the punishment can be executed only be the court. No individual can practice these powers.

Thats a great job Equality..

Now since you set all the points down.. let us discuss an issue and see whether it was just set for that old time or its applicable for all times and places?

Let us for example discuss about white lies..

Do you really think it's nessesary to lie in order to live in this world?

Salam Ayah and to all,
Based in my openion, The lie never being categorized in term of colour or in any form. those people who divide it , they believe that lies is as a simple thing it couuld be white and black and those pepole are really sick dont they realise that all lies are unlawful even as a joke or to lie to kidsor even animalsare not allowed . lies originate from people who are not in touch with reality. The brain might fool him to think that other people agree with what he says, but in reality, he knows that he is making something out of nothing. This disease spreads in the society such that it destroys everything it contaminates. The media lie, governments lie, organizations and lawyers lie, each claiming to be after the etruthf. Hence if this disease is allowed to spread in any society, there is no doubt that the society will be corrupted.

It is of the adab of the high path of Islam to abandon lying, for it is unlawful. Allah Most High curses liars by saying, gMay liars be slainh (Qurfan 51:10), in which slain means gcursedh according to the Arabic idiom likening the accursed, who loses every good and happiness, to the slain, who loses life and every blessing. The Qurfanic exegete al-Khazin notes that gMay liars be cursedh originally referred to those who sat on the various roads outside Mecca warning people against the words of the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) to keep them from becoming Muslim. There are alot of ayat and ahadeeth to be shown here therfore if any one wouuld like i will be ready to set it up here.

It is not allowed according to sharia to tell lies except in three cases, otherwise, he commits a sin :
1) to lie to onefs wife: according to the sheikh, it is not allowed to lie to onefs wife in all circumstances, but if it is more advisable to not mention something that he know will probably result in unnecessary problems in the household, then he should only tell her what is necessary for her to know.

2) to lie to the enemy during the period of war as the Prophet (SAW) said, gwar is a mockery, therefore, protect yourself in any way possibleh.

3) to lie for the purpose of consolation between two people as this increase love and corrects/builds good relations between the two whose other option would probably be to hate each other

Today unfortunately, people lie to increase problems and deliberately inform people of bad news instead of good. It is also sad to see that those who call themselves new Muslims or western Muslims have given themselves permission to use the name of Allah without any good reason to conceal their mistakes. And when they are corrected, they simply say, ethis is done out of wisdomf. How can lies be told in the name of ewisdomf when they do not fall under the three categories stipulated by sharia. All this points to the fact that our relationship with Allah is not pure and that we have not disciplined ourselves as we should. The education/discipline of a murid is not limited to giving him/her instructions, as onefs (the sheikhfs) nafs (desires) dictate. Examples include telling onefs murid to eat certain types of food, permit/prohibit dhikr (remembrance of Allah) at certain times only; these are not the only forms of mujaahada (struggle). The real mujaahada is to rectify their relationships with other people via truth, thereby stopping the temptation to tell lies. Rasoullullah (SAW) said, gtelling lies does not shave a personfs hair, but it shaves the religionh. We ask Allah (SWT) to save us and rectify our characters, before there comes a day when all our deeds will be presented in front of us to be judge by Allah (SWT). This is my opening message, I hope it will help us awake from our slumber.

Ayah i would like you to comment on April lie since we are about to be in April month.
