Art vs Science

What makes and art art , and what makes a science a science

actually i heard people calling something an art when u aplly skills in it more,...
and they call it a science when u apply knowledge...

for example,
the science of medicine, is the knowledge of anatomy, biochemistry, genetics, physiology , pharmacology.... etc of what exactly happens ..

but when u come and apply these sciences , like examining patients, doing laboratory work on sample... this all needs skills... thus we call it the art of examining a patient , the art of doing a laboratory procedure.. everybody has his own way..

mmmm, it depends on how you look at it.

I was looking for a criteria thru which we can classify fields as sciences or arts.
