well this was just a whisper to my self that wanted to share it with u! and view ur opinions about it!

I am not as punctual as I use to be, and I would love to blame it on my busy schedule and all my responsibilities, but no matter how much is on my plate it is my responsibility to organize my time better and make sure that Im meeting all my required appointments and being productive. If you give your word to someone, then you should keep your word....(Hey, Im saying this to noone but myself..:rolleyes: )

i am puctual when it matters i mean when i have a meeting or interview or something important in general.. but between my friends i try to be putctual and do things on time but its not much bother if i dont.. not that it happens often!

its soo important to be puctual ... it forces other ppl to respect u 4that. i know that if some1 promise me that he ll do somin by a certain time and then he doesnt without an excuse .. i ll get mad!!:6:

Heheheh this reminds me of that song "Im not always there when you call, but im always on time and I gave you my all, now baby be mine!" OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT lol! Im crazy, sorry!:D

Anyways im always on time, if friends want me to meet them somewhere I make sure im at least 5 or 10 minutes early so im there first waiting for them :D

Alot of my friends are NEVER on time, so i usually set a good example to them, however they just never learn the importance of keeping their words - ya3ni if they say they're gonna be there at 8, they show up at 8:15!!! Ahhh its irritating but yella! :rolleyes:

this is what I & ppl around me suffer from.. I'm never on time.. it's conditions and situations that are behind it.. what an excuse! :rolleyes: the only solution is that I tell ppl am not promising them.. so that they don't depend on me..

i always like to be in time ........... i'm a puctual person ........... i love being in time and shy being late .................:rolleyes:

i like being on time always ,,and i hate those who turn up late !!!

BUT ,,

there is a saying ,, Better late than never !!

i think you shouldn't go for this at the begining ,,but try to be on time !!

Some people put their watches few minutes ahead ,,so they turn up b4 hand ,,or just on time !!!

Indeed, thats for sure....commitments...its all about commitments...without them....a development..of anything simple or big....would be put in danger for a sudden lose....

ooh....i used to be punctual!!!....:eek: ...not anymore ..it seems..always seem to arrive...late...the best part is...i always have a good true reason....:rolleyes:

being punctual is quite important...and saves wasted time of wait...as....u would expect others to be on time if your waiting then its logical enough to be in time for time...and not make them wait...

You know I have to say Omani's are awful when it comes to punctuality. You tell them they are invited for seven the'll show up at nine thirty. :duh:

I HATE it when people are late. I always try to be there on time so I expect others to be too.

Well yes and no. A developed county has more educated people in it so they are expected to be on time more. Again in that type of country they have more official commitments that obligate them to be on time..... that can have an opposite effect too, because of the many appointments they have they'll be late ..
In a non developed country, we have to remember that at the end of the day it depends on the individual him/herself....
ahh I dont' know there are too many points to be disscussed here. :duh:

I am always on time. I hate it when someone promises to show up at a certain time and then come late, it's sooooooooo annoying! I don't know why many people just take it as joke, it's not! Whenever my friends and I decide to go out, I would always be the first one to arrive and sometimes I have to wait in my car for some time until they all show up!:duh:
I think that punctuality helps in giving a better image of yourself, esp. to your superiors. Imagine you having an appointment and you show up late, what a good first impression, don't you think!:duh:
