How do you cope with difficulties like study or work stress ?

about how to cope with the studies difficulties and work stress...i don't really if you will find my answer to this question is too useful...anyway....personally i always try to calm down and think about what i'm doing...and i always take it as fun :).....and intresting as well... even if the subject i do is the most boring thing but still i keep in my mind there is something interesting about it :).... and i share my though with others so then it will not be toooo stressful....try to talk to someone if you feel stress.. i think it will help...(it works with me) :)

I'd try to place myself ina comfy position. Try to relax & calm down. I'd go back and think about what is it that is really annoying me. If it's worth getting annoyed at. Just compliment urself, have a drink. go to ur favourite food place or met up with friends. Don't push soo much presure in ur studies too. It never works and makes thing just as bad. Take ur time 7 take it easyy...! and try making it fun.
U know what I do when I'm stressed of studying ? I'd just start to sing and imagine the whole thing is just a little nice story or song. & try to enjoy it basically.

On the other hand. When it gets TOTALLY outta hand. Plz don't go mad and start banging ur head on the walls. That's more of something that only I would do. :p hehe, J/K

well, here are 3 possible solutions that worked for me:

1. playing some sport.

2. taking a cold shower

3. avoiding any discussion with my roommates

Taking a cold shower. It helps alot really! I think it's one of the best that always happen to work :P

What do you think if you try;
1-if you have friend doing the same course try to work together .Sametimes you dont feel tired or bored if you find someone doing the same work.
2-try to sit in your room and try to set a timetable for you for that mean time start your timetable with breake .for examble first go to cinema then start your work .
3-dont think that you are doing alot work but think in the way that most your friends are doing alot of work .
lastky rember that if you work hard for the mean time you well feel that you did the right thing later.If you dontwork now you well blame yourself.
