Did you here what OBL said in his last tape describing the war in Tora Bora In Afghanistan. OBL gruop were only 300 people and the Amirican with all that huge forces, bombs, etc were bombing them for 1 and 1/2 month. And what was the result the American lost with all that military forces, and 18 people killed from OBL group.

See the big diffirence between American power and OBL group and what was the result, the Americans lost alot in the war in Afghanistan but their media is hiding the truth of their loses.

This is what will happen in Iraq, with all these huge forces in the Gulf the US will fall again.

I do not think that the US media can hide the facts once they go to war as they have stated that they are going to have heavy casualties and the whole world are focusing on this war ( I mean the whole media) .

it is not what the American military is for. But why does america needs a huge military force. There are several reasons, some of these are (a) creation of employment for the youths who would later be absorbed into civilian administrations (b) greediness to control world's resources (c) to maintain relation with her staunch allies such as i, british and israel. Britain has still world wide interests and these play a bigger part for the need of such a strong ally. The signing of a contract between America and GREAT britain for development of fighter aircrafts by 2040 is a matter for concern by other nations. If britain chooses to maintain stronger relationship with the USA in the long run such choice will create a bitter division with the EU. So to answer the above question, the very military might of the USA is for the benefit of the trio world steerer i.e, US, Britain and Israel.
