This question girls is for boys and men!?,Ever thought of trying to cook!? or even explore your own kitchen or even wanted to know what u are eating what are the compuonents..maybe poison..or maybe real food!!! i guess this is what the wife..mother..or even any girl around the house who will say *WORLD WAR3 HAD JUST BEGAN??!!!* :duh: :D

umm miss captured... the best cooks in the world are MEN!! ;) it's a known fact!! even those cooking programs on t.v..90% of them are by men!!

just admit it.. men are better in everything!! :D ok..now am gonna get it!! lol.. ;)

it is true Boy Int that the best chefs are men...but let us not forget that these men are rare...as all men or shall i be fair and say most men depend on the female members of the family (wife,sister mother etc) to do the cooking..what is wrong if u try it abit..scared of getting burnt?

those chefs u r talking about maybe one day ,,they were expatriates ,,,so they had to learn how to cook for them selves to stay a live while their expatriation .... :D

So if the best chef's are men, why is it that you always hear people bragging about their MOM'S cooking?

I do cook 4 myself silent_captured...I even make qabuli, machboos and other stuff when my mood is rite. So its not fair to generalize men here.

Boy Int. you got the girls by that point and all those big Lebanese, French, Italian Chefs are men for sure;)

Well I beleive men are good cooks (not that women are not) but the problem they are too proud to do it!!! they see cooking as a female thing!!
Any way, when circumstances force them to enter the kitchen, they are good!! I know my husband is :)

Cooking is one of my best hoobies........ I really enjoy eating the food i have made myself and feel proud of it. I donu why males hate cooking and say it's a feminan. And sometimes i even cook for my family or at least help them at the kitchen

well,, i don't think i am a good cook ,, but i had to do it several times !!

especially during the expeditions ,,where i ended eating from my collegues food !!

I do admit that men are good at cooking if they're really into it! I know a lot of guys who can cook, basically because they had to live abroad and ended up cooking if they wanted some home cooked meals....
BUT, there are a lot of really good female chefs, you guys just don't notice becasue this is something that you all got used to, nothing out of the ordinary, but when a guy cooks then it's a different story, everyone wants to comment!

i cook my food sometimes :)

This morning I browned large pieces ( 1.5 lbs total ) of beef (dredged in flour) with olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Then I put it in a slow cooker with 1/2 red onion, 1/2 white onion, garlic, salt and pepper, thyme, a bay leaf, and two cans of chunky tomato with celery sauce. Deglazed the skillet with butter and small amount of wine and put in the slow cooker too. Set it for 10 hours simmer.

I'll let it cook all day and server over sticky rice or noodles tonight.

This will give MoonChild more time to care for the kids and rest later this afternoon and evening.

My advice to men - learn to cook a few things and volunteer to do it once and a while for your wife/girlfriend. She will really appreciate it and that NEVER hurts a relationship.

hey i love cooking. i cook all the time. italian, chinese, arabic, indian, u name it. this is the result of many bachelor years.

kay now I will give u my opinion seeing a men cooking…. To be honest … its really a very big turn on for me …. Not sure why how . I would love to see my man cooking … its really something very much satisfying for me …. .

But the problem is that., our Arab mentality boys is very very narrow. If a wife tells her husband I would want you to cook today … majority of the time you will hear him say “cooking is not my job” bla bla @#$%^&* yes whatever!!! I just can’t stand this sort of attitude.

And just like Boy has mentioned … its well known around the world that men are the best cooks in the world… actually not only in cooking but in almost everything!! J ….. you go BOYS!!

For those boys who are in abroad .. they need to learn how to cook for saving money and eating a good food…

I don't know about other .but for me .. this one of my best habit is to learn how to cook new things .. not normal thing which I am already have experience in them…

i really think that guys are the best cooks when they do think of cooking... ummmm & their food is like extra yammiiii..

i mean the last time i was talking to some1 about this they told me that if a guy cooks in there family that means that his not man enough and something like that... coz they really think that a man is respected & treated like a man when he doesn't do women stuff... so that doesn't mean much does it????
and besides i think guys look really nice when there chef's clothes and stuff....more then a woman does....
