Any employee’s aim is to please their boss, the boss has all the power, and you can be either on his black list of his favourite employee.

Is your boss’s satisfactory with you all what you need? Would you respect and always phrase him although you think he is the worst boss anyone can have?

Talking about my self, I am just fine with my boss since he is kind and I could always cop with him, and tell him if I have any problems facing me at work and he would be more than happy to give me a hand. Though some of my mates don’t face the same with theirs boss’s.

How is your relationship with your boss, and do you do any of the A** kissing which is very common nowadays?

Dear members will u try to do any thing to satisfy your boss ( or your Drs if u r student) just to get benefits from them or high grades???

I'm actually now under the situation..but the most funniest part is that..my situation is not directly with the Boss or the adminstrator but his wife!
I teach in a school and it did happen that my boss's daughter is in the class that i teach in! She is Lazy to be truth! Never ever studies at home to make it easier in class! Last years she used to get A's by wastas! the teachers were so friendly with her mother and made up fake results..
And since this is a tuff situation were i will be judged by god in the judgment day by giving a student what he/she dont deserve while other student work hard and hard and they get the same grade!
SHe tried SO HARD not letting me in the position as well SO Hard to take me off ..but subhanna alla God is allways with the right thing!Í give her what she deserves in marks never more and never less!

Well It gets SO funny when a situation like this occurs! I mean so silly from an educated person to act the way she acts!

And for sure allways the right path wins, yess sometimes to be complimantry and to be a two faced person wins but it wont take a long time for sure...and if hé/she wins in this short period of life time then will never survive in the longer one..
I've seen many and lived with many-now and before-who DO their best of the best to please their boss's no matter what was the pleasment for... Pitty thing for sure...

U r really in a sensitive situation Najah, but as I can see it is your boss's wife who make the prbs, what about your boss attitude twards his wife attitude?? Does he agree about what she is doing?

I sorrys go to you naja7, but i think that if i have an opinion about my boss i will go and say it in his face, and if i hate the guy i will treat him the way i feel about him, cause i am no one slave, and all people are in the same level!! :rolleyes:

I think that anyone should have some dignity as to not giving more attention to the boss then he/she requires. Any employee should feel comfortable with the boss, not trying to over please him/her and which drags you to being a hypocrite at the end of he the day? I mean the problem wont be with you its them who has the problem, and perhaps they shouldn’t be in such position to make you change your ways to satisfy them.

Id better work with someone I like working with rather then pretending to be someone im not.

Well there are times where you would hate your boss to death ... I mean the alst person you would want to run into in the morning when you are at the office is the BOSS

To please him/her .. many times you should do things that they would want you to do.... you know just please them....

There will be times where you wouldn;t agreee with what they say but in order to reduce problems sometimes you do things just to keep them quite!!
