how many of u are willing to accept that many of u ladies and gentelmen are obsessed with the other partner...........

any of the following signs commen please let us know coz they come under the signs of an obsessed /sick person be it a man or woman..........

1. u are extremely insecure

2. u may be pushing it if: u play private investigator

3. u boss them around

4. u may be pushing it if: u lay out "appropriate" clothing

5. u need to know everything if u play 20 questions and give them the third degree

6. u may be pushing it if: u expect them to account for thier every move

7. u distrust every word they say.......sometimes we have good reasons not to trust someone. But other times, we tend to jump the gun. paranoia is a very negative force and a sure trigger for mistrust.

8. u may be pushing it if: u find yourself going through thier things

9. u drastically change ur lifestyle..........relationships are all about compromise, no doubt. but compromising is one thing and selling out is another.

10. u were as sharp as a spoon past tense

11. u would die if he/she left you..............stop right there and drop whatever u are doing, now!If u have ever said something like "I will kill myself if u leave me," then u need to seek help.

12. u call them way too often ......hmmmm..what constitutes "too often" depends on a number of things, but if u feel that ur calls are becoming irritating, that u cannot get anything else done, or that ur finger is stuck to his /her speed dial button, then u need to get a grip and focus on other aspects of ur life.

13. everyone warns he/she about u

as u can see, these are just some signs that your infatuation with a man/woman is bordering on obsession, and the ultimate thing to remember is that yes, flattery is nice, but love is meant to be healthy, and these signs are quite the opposite....................

i dont have a partner yet to be obsessed with!! so i dont know! ;) but even if i did ,,i dont think obsession is healthy for a relationship!! it'll only lead to bad things!!

Do you think he is obsessed?

Yes there are some unhealthy obsession but I think there is a thin line between healthy obsession and the non healthy...

don't they say " LOVE IS BLIND".... well thats why we may fell obsessed with those whome we are in love with...

when we are in love we see, think, dream of nothing & no one but the person we are in love with.

ummmmm, i did once thought that i might kill myself coz i've been betryade by the one i loved soooooooo much...guess what... i am still alive n kicking
time is the best cure..faith is stronger than any betryal.

Actually I do agree that some relation ships do contains obsessions…but with the way you are telling to me jewels, is so dangerous, cause it could lead to dangerous acts or actions, as for the first jealousy dark project as u said in your first poem, that is totally crazy and maniac, this way the poor girl is gonna die!! But as for your second poem we could name it love and care from the other partner, as for you Boy. I do agree with what u say, cause even if the other partner did tolerate this for a while, she or he will burst which this problem could lead to dangerous endings!! as for super me ..my sorrows are with u, but belive me sometimes LOVE IS BLIND,,,cause u don't wanna reailze the bad things in your partner just the good things..

JJ, to come to your topic, obsession comes when we are convinced that we love even if it might not be the case...and at the same time we can't really reach our partner.

:sorry: Ive experienced such a relationship and at the end it all crumbled, fell apart and ended on very bad terms!
He was over possessive. I mean he thought he could control everything i did - like where i went and what i wore and because of that we had alot of problems.
Some may say what does this have to do with obsession right?
Well, if your obsessed with someone, you will probably try to control them so that you have them right under your finger everytime you need them.
This is not healthy for either you or the other partner and yea it shows how insecure you are about yourself because maybe you feel that you couldnt find better or anyone else! who knows? weird things happen these days la? :lost:

Some times if the woman is so pretty and successful the man tend to be obsessive .
Some men needs a shrink or had a bad experience or low self esteem .

Some men have lots of work problem and they take their frustration on their spouses .

Too many reasons and causes that leads men to become that obsessive .
Mind you women are as bad as men .
