I think this issue is very very important to everyone(omanis/non-omanis). It’s the part-time jobs that it seems impossible in oman. Since they can help a lot in supportting families in nowa days tough life conditions. FYI, I’m talking here about jobs like part-time salesmen/hairdresser/tailor or driver...etc. Now, I know that people are doing them in one way or the other “illegal” but the big question is WHY the government does not allow this since most of the time you hear excuses of not being able to promote a staff for reasons like we have not enough budget or something to do with financial issues.

So if this is the case WHY then citizen’s are not let alone to search for their piece of bread???
