Bush Fails To Mention New PowerMacs In State Of The Union Address.

In a disappointment to Macintosh users everywhere, President George W. Bush failed to mention Apple's update to the PowerMac line in his state of the union address Tuesday night.

Crazy Apple Rumors Site hosted a focus group of 3 Macintosh loyalists, one a Republican, one a Democrat and one an independent, to watch the address and provide feedback afterwards.

"Jeez, I thought for sure he'd mention either Firewire 800 or Airport Extreme," said independent voter Stan Charleton. "They're just so cool. I don't know how he could not mention them. I know I can't stop talking about them."

"He seemed awfully preoccupied with that Iraq thing," chimed in Nancy Garvey, a Democrat. "Clearly it's distracted him from domestic issues. Like the faster processors in the new PowerMacs. I would have liked to hear more about them."

Republican Mark Trelane added "At one point I thought I heard him say 'Mac' but it was probably 'Iraq'.

"But that [Washington State Governor] Gary Locke guy didn't mention the new PowerMacs in his rebuttal, either, so..."

"That's why it's discouraging for young voters these days," Charleton noted. "When our country's leaders aren't paying attention to our vital concerns, like the difference between DDR266 and DDR333 SDRAM, it makes you think, well, why should I vote?"

Trelane speculated that Bush might hold a separate press conference concerning the PowerMacs.

"They only came out Tuesday. He probably didn't have time to review the specs before the speech."

Garvey felt Bush should have used Apple's price cut on the PowerMacs as an example of American business helping out the little guy in tough economic times.

"I mean, it's still too expensive for me, but I thought that was really nice. But, I guess the 'president' just didn't feel it was worth his time. Whatever."

That's too bad for you guys, especially if you can't hear properly to differenciate whether your president is talking about Mac or Iraq.

That proves how 'dimbos' you are. How many times must we keep on mentioning to you that this so called 'democracy' is bad for you. A group of mafiasco gets together to sale words to the nation to be voted in office. Once they get into office, they rip the nation and makes illegal rich for themselves. If it was something to do with TEXACO he wouldn't have neglected it. This guy worn the ticket to the so called white house by cunning. He was not even properly voted by the nation. He is an implant of the Zionists, he doesn't even participate in the preparation of his speach apart from reading it. So who is behind negligence of general interests of the American public ?

Of course he ought to be pre-occupied by Iraq because there is where his personal well being, as an oil dealer, even after his term in office.

If the good old naive American people knew where their interests is they would have voted Democrats. Had Bill Clinton and Algore been heading an arab nation they'd have stayed for a life time. Because they deserve it 'in every respect' in their own rights.

BTW - just added 512 MB RAM to my iMac and am upgrading the OS to OS X.

... or was that 512 Megaton on Saddam and upgrading the Government ?

That 512 megaton which is upgraded by Saddam wont only kill us Arabs but the poor soldiers ( Thousands of them) waiting to sign their warrant death .

Certainly, we are not anti-america. Why should we ? We know that in America a woman has a freedom to take more than 4 husbands, we think that is equevalent to we male at this planet. Only we are moarning for our loyalty, to America and British 'friendship, ignored. 'We' feel as if we are the real 'khurfan' because we even had to pay to be betrayed.

Your governments, think of themselves as being smart when they led our leaders into committing obvious mistakes. Yet they walked out with cheques. Indeed there are American troops everywhere ..As they can not attack Iraq from USA or only Turkey or Afghanistan etc...
They need bases near by to launch their attack .Yes Some Arab leaders have allowed these troops to be on their land but the people do not like it here.
You see the Arab leaders are interested in their high chair and more money .. But the citizens are concerned.
